The location of Ignacio's home is unbelievable GOOD!!!

We had a nice stay in the apartment. It was neat, compact and with everything you need. Beds were on the hard side, but that can be a personal preference. In addition, it is super central, so you can discover Salamanca. We were there when it was over 30 degrees during the day, but the floor cooling kept the apartment wonderfully cool.

Contact with Beatriz was very easy. The message with the instructions was really well written. Everything was very understandable. The apartment is spacious and very well located in the historic center, slightly set back from the main square in a very quiet area for quiet nights. Great value for money. Highly recommend Patrick

Incredible stay. It has a super nice studio, super clean, everything super tidy and you have everything you would have in your house. Both my parents and I have felt at home, and that's not something that just any accommodation can achieve. And Mireille and her husband are great, attentive and respond immediately to whatever you need. If I go back to Salamanca, I'll definitely stay with them 100%

Our best Airbnb experience ever. The apartment is in a building on the perimeter of the historical center of Salamanca. Even though we were at walking distance from the all the main attractions of the center of the town, which can be very busy at times, the apartment is remarkably quiet and peaceful. From the living room we had a lovely view of the ancient Roman bridge and the green park of the river Tormes. The interior is new, very luxurious and of high quality and design. Faguguri provided the best possible level of comfort. The beds, the kitchen amenities and the elegant bathroom are of the highest quality. Faguguri is a fantastic host, very responsive and attentive. She even surprised us on the last day of our stay by personally driving us to the bus station for our return journey.

we were very comfortable, close to the old town just crossing the Roman bridge, 5 min walk, and very quiet you couldn't hear a noise x the night. An area with free parking on the street although the apartment how much with a garage square. It has everything I need to spend a few days . I recommend it

We stayed a few days in this accommodation and it has been a wonderful experience, the beautiful house is very well cared for and with many details, Maria del Rosario is a charm, she cares that we have everything we needed (thank you very much for everything), this house is also relatively close to the most beautiful places to visit.

The best experience! Great location, 2 mins walk from plaza mayor, beat place for tapas, drinks, shopping and easy commute. Highly recommend! The host is very helpful.

The location of these tourists apartments cannot be beat. You are located directly across the old Roman bridge across from the cathedral, with beautiful views from along the river especially at night when it is lit up. The apartment looked exactly like in the photos. It was extremely clean and much more spacious than we had anticipated. We were two traveling with two small dogs, and the apartment could very comfortably sleep two adults and two children or three adults. The building itself is very quiet with three apartments on each floor. The walls were thin, but there was not noise from the street and other residents and guests were quiet and respectful of the shared spaces. There was a parking garage with direct access to the building via a stairwell and elevator. The bathroom was large and had a huge walk in shower without a step; making the unit suitable for those with limited mobility or who use a wheelchair/walker. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great value for location and accommodations with great garage parking within walking distance of all the local sites. Large comfortable rooms and nice bathroom. There’s no AC or heating in the unit, could be an issue in winter or summer months. Note, the living room sofa was very worn and damaged with cigarette burns, all other furnishings are comfortable and look new. The fully equipped kitchen is nice to have. Check-in/Check-out was easy.

Spacious, comfortable apartment with a great location since it is next to the Lis Museum and the cathedral. The apartment is very complete although the only inconvenience we saw was in the kitchen since the pans were a bit old and run down and the oven was a little dirty. When he told Pablo, he quickly responded to us by offering us a solution.
