Carapan's place is beautifully located, near Senga-En Park, an incredible place! We enjoyed the view, the fresh airs and the sound of the waves. The place itself is veery clean, well organized and luminous, the beds confortable. all went well, absolutely no issues.

Ayako’s place is definitely one of the nicest stays I have ever had in Japan home stay! Ayako is fluent in English hence we communicated smoothly. She patiently supported me with the scheduling for the next day as well. I also had the chance to taste the home cooked meal made from Ayako’s mother - a wonderful Japanese lady who cooks beautifully as well. White rice is definitely the highlight of those meals - Ayako’s mom told me that it was harvested from their own field! The house looks identical to the photos, clean and calm with spacious rooms to relax. I would strongly recommend Ayako’s place if you are planning a trip to Kirishima :)

Auberge traditionnelle sympathique, même si un peu rustique ! Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et avons bien été aidés par notre hôte, notamment concernant la réservation de notre ferry pour Yakushima. Les recommandations données étaient utiles également, le restaurant de ramen conseillé à côté est absolument délicieux et l'onsen en face une expérience très abordable à faire :)
