Villa holiday rentals in Sakarya

We rented a place through this application for the first time, the owners of the villa, father, son, very polite, and humble. We got an immediate answer to all our questions. Even though the weather was rainy, the pool was so hot that we could get in even in the evening. The rooms are immaculately spacious and definitely one of the best if you are going to keep them on the sides of Kartepe. They really deserve the money you give to the fullest. It's been our favorite place.

The house had everything you need. It is a house where you can go with a full group of friends and have fun and also have a very nice holiday. The pool was clean and perfect for 6 people. The playgrounds were also very good in terms of offering alternatives. We are 6 friends and we are very happy to stay in this house, we left the house saying that we will definitely come again:) We would also like to thank Mr. Ümit for his quick responses to our questions and his helpful attitude.

Hello, we stayed at Ms. Pelin's house for 3 days, the location of the house was beautiful, the house was well-maintained and clean, the pool and garden were very pleasant, and the pool and garden were very nice to heat the pool for the winter months, Ms. Pelin was very interested, we could reach her whenever needed. The twin villa is a very useful structure and furnished with high quality compared to a rented structure. Everything you see in the photos and mentioned in the descriptions is available. Cleanliness is well above the standard compared to hotels or similar rentals. We went as 3 families, we had a very fun weekend with our 4 children aged 8-10. We thank Ms. Havva and her father, and we look forward to seeing them again at the first opportunity.

The support you provided during the Müge holiday was excellent. The house and amenities were very good. We felt like we were in the comfort of our home. See you again on another vacation💕🙏

The children had a very pleasant time without getting bored, we made very good memories with my family. We can't wait to have a holiday here again. :)

Thank you so much :) * just a few helpful feedbacks - In a few bathroom, hooks for clothes/towels weren't fixed well. Need to be fixed - There was a filter coffee problem, so a staff tried to fix it and brought it to us. But found that it still doesn't work properly. Need to be changed or sth - There weren't proper cooking knives and scissors. For visitors who plans to cook inside, cooking knifes and scissors are to be set.

Beautiful location, the house is peaceful and well appointed. We went as mothers and children. The house is warm enough, the kitchen utensils are enough. We really enjoyed it. Most importantly, we are very relieved that they are flexible with check-in and checkout

Now that I'm on my way back, I wanted to comment on the hot weather. We went to Geyikli Köske with a team of children. Everything we might need at home was thought of. It was very clean. The barbecue area, playground, garden were very enjoyable. Mr. Birol, who took care of the house, was very kind and caring. We would like to thank him and his team. We are leaving the Geyikli mansion very happy, we are planning our next trip.

Our stay at the Villa was great ! The lake view was spectacular. We truly enjoyed the private patio on the lake , it was a special experience that set this Villa apart from others we have stayed at before . The Villa was extremely clean and had all necessities.Every room had a Bathroom and AC which was really convenient for us. The pool was heated and we were able to enjoy it during the day and at night . Barbecue and firepit were well equipped. Host was very friendly and replied to all my questions. Overall we had a great family experience and would definitely repeat our visit . highly recommend.

We had no problems with the cleanliness of the house; everything was clean. Wi-Fi was strong, and the kitchen and other basic equipment were more than sufficient. Since we came with our own vehicle, the private parking lot in front of the house was a great advantage for us. The environment was generally both calm and safe. Only, the thermal nature of the pool can be a bit overwhelming in hot weather; it is useful for those who pay attention to such details. In addition to all this, the host was very friendly and caring; he contacted us whenever we needed and helped us. In general, we are very satisfied with everything, we recommend it with peace of mind.

I travel a lot and by far this was the most pleasant experience, the hostess was extremely welcoming, friendly and generous, I felt like being with my family, she took care of things for us out of her kindness, the place was so clean, the best swimming pool , it was heated and filled with fresh water , we really had a great time swimming with our baby, they also provided all the essentials i needed for my baby, they served a lovely delicious breakfast every morning, I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for us , we are looking forward to stay again with them and tell our family and friends to come as well ❤️❤️❤️

A great place in a central location:) There is both a natural gas fireplace, air conditioning and underfloor heating. Even just the underfloor heating was enough. She runs a very sweet family. They are incredibly understanding and smiling. You can go to the grocery store on foot. But by car, you can reach the street with big markets and cafes in 2 minutes. Highly recommended :)

We stayed at Mr. Erhan's house for 7 people and 2 nights in February. Everything was very nice. Pool heating was sufficient. Despite the cold weather, the children could easily get into the pool. Mr. Erhan was in touch from the moment we booked, and we found the location very easily. There was a lot of everything from plates, glasses to the chair to sit in the garden, and we had a comfortable time as if we were in our own home. Thanks to the comfortable communication of the host and the facilities offered at home, those who are considering a stay are recommended.
