Apartment holiday rentals in Saintes

The appartment was super clean and roomy. Large and well equipped kitchen. Very close to the town center. Right next to the river and just a few minutes walk from the public park. I loved it. I spent 10 days there. The smell of the flowers in the garden below came all the way up into the living room. I hope I can stay there again during my next visit to Sainte.

A functional and efficient apartment. Colline and Nicolas were responsive to each of our requests, which were able to be resolved directly with them. The neighborhood is quite quiet and close to the Charente.

Super apartment in a very quiet part of Saintes, at only a 10 minutes walk from the historic center. Parking right in front of the house! The apartment is super spacious and practical, and the deco is top. We loved the outside space where we took our breakfast in the morning sun. Very relaxing!! I highly recommend the apartment which slopes because it is very cozy and pleasant. It is ideally located with stunning views of the town hall park and the historic center of Saintes. The site is rather quiet apart from some noise pollution the first 2 nights due to some rowdy teenagers in the park. The accommodation is well-equipped, small suggestion a toaster would be a plus. Fabrice was absent during our stay, it was his mother who hosted us very well, she gave good advice to ensure that our stay went smoothly.

great host, great location

The loft occupies the top floor of the family home, in an idyllic setting on the edge of a small canal in the Poitevin marsh. Chickens, goats, sheep, dogs, cats, swallows and small birds, this is the house of happiness. We had a wonderful weekend, between canoeing and cycling in the marsh.

Clean and functional apartment with a magnificent view of the ocean. It's well equipped and the instructions are very clear. Charlene is very responsive to my inquiries. We would recommend it.

Very beautiful tourist area. La Rochelle is a pretty and very lively city both during the day and in the evening. Lots of attractions and many restaurants along the harbor. Super nice and functional accommodation for a couple in a private residence with their parking space. Great location, you can do anything on foot. Yann and Noémie are very charming hosts and at your disposal. I would highly recommend it.

Brigitte is super nice and very helpful. The apartment is super clean, large, very quiet, with heating and equipped with everything you need. The location is central in the old town center, in a few minutes you can walk to the harbor. Nearby there are many restaurants and shopping. Arriving by car is a bit complicated due to the location of the apartment (no stopping and parking in front of the apartment). There are parking spaces in the vicinity, but many of them are subject to a charge. Free parking is available near the adjacent park. All in all, it was a very nice stay in La Rochelle. Really beautiful location in a quiet area, direcly at the ocean, would definitely recomand, we spent a lovely time there!

Everything was perfect, very clean accommodation with everything you need, very nice terrace, great environment... the owners are exceptionally kind, always ready to help. We had a great weekend in Montalivet. The accommodation is very well located: close to the market and the attractive main street! A little noise in the evening because the city is very lively. We didn't mind at all. The balcony is a real plus☀️

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to both of you 🌞

Very nice rental that perfectly matches the Airbnb listing. Thierry is very friendly and very responsive. The town of Saujon is very cute with pleasant walks along the Seudre.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with the family in Les Pargaux. The space is designed to instantly feel at home: functional kitchen, neat decoration and impeccable cleanliness. The garden is a haven of peace. The pool and hot tub perfect for relaxing. Nearby court 🎾 is 👌 The location is simply ideal, between the vineyards and the ocean, perfect for beautiful bike rides or to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Medoc. The presence of Naïa, the sweet dog, brought a nice touch of warmth to our stay, especially for our son who loved her! Our hosts were extremely thoughtful and discreet. Their welcome, punctuated by delicate attention from the moment we arrive, shows a true passion for the place and the well-being of guests. In summary: an unforgettable and refreshing stay. Very nice place with its small terrace out of sight . The hot tub is a real joy no matter the weather . Very well placed on the island . You can do anything on foot or by bike . Boris is always available and very welcoming . A big thank you . To be done again with great pleasure .
