I came for a total disconnect, and that's exactly what I got. Idyllic setting surrounded by nature and the animals that live there. I had a great time, between resting in the loft (furnished with great taste), kayaking in the marsh, bike ride, what more could you ask for... Gwenaëlle's place is really great! Pleasant, clean and quiet! The front terrace is a plus! Practical side: the bus stop 2 min away that takes you directly to La Rochelle in about twenty minutes! Fast and no need to bother with the car! Gwenaëlle is present and very friendly! We'll be happy to go back

Brigitte is super nice and very helpful. The apartment is super clean, large, very quiet, with heating and equipped with everything you need. The location is central in the old town center, in a few minutes you can walk to the harbor. Nearby there are many restaurants and shopping. Arriving by car is a bit complicated due to the location of the apartment (no stopping and parking in front of the apartment). There are parking spaces in the vicinity, but many of them are subject to a charge. Free parking is available near the adjacent park. All in all, it was a very nice stay in La Rochelle. Great location, great communication and lots of information provided. The apartment was fab, very spacious and nice decor, had everything we needed and more for our 3 night stay including a great terrace!

We had a great stay, everything is done to make you feel at home. Hosts as discreet as they are available and responsive to all specific requests. A few small touches to facilitate our arrival. Very nice accommodation for a couple / friends and close to La Rochelle. Highly recommend the experience. A big thank you for the break. 🤗

this place is just perfect and not to mention Karin and François who are adorable, they welcomed both of us with kindness and took the time to show us all the places to visit. Everything is perfect in this accommodation which is pretty, clean, classy, practical and super nice. 15 minutes from La Rochelle. I thank Estelle and Aurélie again for this impeccable short stay, disconnected, with miles of beautiful beach accessible from the garden. 🧡 The accommodation is ultra clean, functional (nothing is missing), quiet, with panoramic views and beautiful sea. Chatelaillon beach 3 km away adds to the charm of this very good location. It was perfect for a break.

Christelle's place was excellent for our family of 4: clean, comfortable and very accessible to the center of town. Christelle personally welcomed us into the unit, and provided several helpful recommendations. We enjoyed the balcony for an afternoon "apéro" and coffee in the living room which faces a quiet courtyard. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. La Rochelle is a gem!

Jean Marie is a great host. The place is well located within less than 15 minutes walk from the centre. it is a great appartement well decorated and well appointed and met all our needs for a short break in La Rochelle. There is on site free parking which for us was a real bonus. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

Frankly great high welcome welcoming and very cool the accommodation was clean. We are clearly not disappointed with our time here. If I have to do it again, I'll do it again!

The apartment is very well located, at the foot of the Tour de la Lanterne, a stone's throw from the old port and 5 minutes from the La Concurrence beach. The location is ideal for walking, cycling (self-service station nearby) and for taking the bus boats to the aquarium or the port des minimes. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the station.

It’s a fantastic location in a beautiful part of La Rochelle, a few minutes walk to the Port, shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was very well equipped with lovely views from the terrace including the use of the jacuzzi which was an added bonus. For young toddlers and people with mobility issues the stairs would be challenging. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Very beautiful and good stay, quiet and close to the city center

Despite some hiccups with the concierge agency, they were able to recover and correct everything in a short time while remaining very professional. The jacuzzi was great, the products made available make it possible to settle in very well. In short, it's a very good accommodation that smells new and clean. Very good stay!

We had a lovely stay! Well located accommodation; 4 min from Les Minimes beach; 30 min from the center on foot. Bus lines and amenities nearby. Quiet environment

Very nice welcome from Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is very pleasant. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for all questions. I recommend it.
