The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

Quintessential French Country We could not recommend a place more! We absolutely loved our stay at Celine's listing, which was perfect after a few very busy days in Paris sightseeing. We enjoyed the slower pace, the beautiful pool, the private BQ seating area, and the indoor space was perfectly decorated and suited our needs well. We're in France 12 days, and this was by far, the best leg of our journey. Be sure to take Celine's restaurant recommendation - it was the icing on the cake. And Celine was the best hostess we have ever met! Charming, in every way.

We rented this accommodation for our wedding celebration. An exceptional place that perfectly matched our needs: spacious, welcoming, accessible, functional, safe for children because it is fenced... In short, if you have an event to celebrate or any other type of gathering, go there with your eyes closed, this place will be beyond your expectations once you get there :) We also want to highlight the availability of Dylan who is very accessible with a very professional and understanding attitude towards our wedding. We stayed here as a family (3 year old and 4 month baby)- everything you could need. Very clean, top appliances and facilities. Great coffee machine and cold filtered water with ice from machine (fridge). Supermarket, bakery and restaurant a 10 minute walk (if that?). Very quiet area. 15 mins to La Rochelle by car. The host was incredibly responsive and very accommodating. Felt very at home, the kitchen incredibly well equipped and great bbq. Lovely outdoor space with plenty of shade if you need it. Sunbeds very comfortable. Although no air con the villa has plug in fans should you need it. Very modern villa with electric shutters in every room keeping it generally cool. Would highly recommend!!

Four idyllic days on this island that I love with all my heart, in Céline's house, perfect, quiet, close to everything (market, city center, slopes, beach) and with a peaceful charm. A truly wonderful break

Very quiet, new, clean and excellently decorated house. With a wonderful and private patio. Very nice and well located. Brigitte waited for us to give us the keys and instructions. It was wonderful.

A big thank you to Valerie for hosting and kindness. An excellent welcome cake (local recipe) and everything available, nothing is missing. Coffee, tea, sweets, mosquito repellent cream, baby cotton pads, changing table, garbage bags and everything else. We didn't miss anything, neither for my wife and me, nor for the baby. We'll be back without hesitation.

Noëlle's house is very nice, tastefully decorated and very clean. It is very well equipped and even designed for children (cot available, a barrier upstairs for the stairs, children's books, a high chair, a potty in the toilets, etc.). This is very much appreciated when traveling with small children! And Noëlle is welcoming which is always a real plus :) I totally recommend this pretty house, we will stay there again with great pleasure!

Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

We had a perfect week in Laëtitia's accommodation, nothing is missing and the decoration is great, you immediately feel at home. The cleanliness is impeccable, the ideal location to discover the region by bike, with many trails and bike paths nearby. The terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors in an intimate setting and with nice garden furniture. We highly recommend this place for its excellent value for money and the very good communication with the host.

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

we had a very good stay with Framboise. the house is cosy and practical. it is just about 8 minutes by bike to Le Chateaux d'Oleron. bakery and supermarket are not far away. communication with Framboise was easy and quick.

This house is very pleasant to live in: well designed and furnished, beautiful spaces, well equipped and the icing on the cake, the small pool ideal with the temperatures of this weekend. The neighborhood is very quiet and the garden has no neighbors. The accommodation is new and very clean.
