Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sainte-Marie

We had a wonderful stay at Anne-Marie's villa! Special mention for the magnificent view of the Trois Ilets bay. The villa is very well equipped and the configuration around the view and the pool allows you to truly enjoy the outdoors. Anne-Marie provided us with very clear explanations for access and check-in and the team responsible for the reception was very professional and friendly.

Excellent stay, everything was perfect, the hosts, Isabelle and Francis are very welcoming and available, while remaining discreet. The accommodation is very clean and convenient for a stay at FDF. All amenities are close by and within walking distance. Public transport easily takes you to the city center, to which you can walk if you wish (about 30 minutes) Not to mention the pool in a magical setting because it is representative of the Martinican flora. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Heavenly place! Yann welcomed us to his beautiful home! We didn't want to leave because we felt so good there. The bedding is perfect, the punch bowl is perfect for enjoying! And the shower, wow! I'll let you find out! Tastefully decorated home, has everything you need for your stay (washing machine and dishwasher👌) Very quiet place, what a pleasure! We spent a few nights facing the Pelée Mountain in the Boutik and it was an excellent stay in every way. Sandrine's welcome made us very comfortable in this beautiful accommodation, located in a superb farm. She gave us very good advice and cooked us a delicious meal. Comfort is excellent with everything you need available. The decor is charming and gives a very pleasant atmosphere. We highly recommend this accommodation to discover the north of Martinique with authenticity.

We had a very pleasant week at Pauline and Michel's. The place is quiet and peaceful, with lovely views of Mount Pelee: ideal if you want to get there. The apartment is as described. Pauline and Michel are very welcoming and warm. A big thank you to them: our stay on the island couldn't start any better!

The coco lodge is a small haven of peace in a beautiful tropical garden. We were greeted with bananas from the garden. The pool is perfect for cooling off and the kitchen open to the outside is really nice. Perfect for visiting all of southern Martinique

Well located for visiting the island. Impeccably clean and very spacious for 2 people, we had a great stay. The pool is very nice at the end of the day. We thank Jean-Jacques again for his welcome and kindness and for introducing us to the different stages of the coco! We'll be happy to go back 😊

I have to agree with all the previous reviews. Corinne’s place is spectacular just as in the pictures. Great pool and great place overall. Corinne is also very attentive to your needs or questions. Would definitely recommend the place !

A great place to stay. The view is beautiful, the sea a minute away, and private parking a plus. Ela is a great host. She did decorate the place for my birthday and even made a gluten-free cake.

Our hosts were simply amazing, especially thanks to their excellent suggestions for activities, charming little restaurants or beautiful beaches to discover. Their accommodation was impeccable: everything was impeccably clean and organized for a most pleasant stay. They had even thought of everything: beach towels, chairs and even parasols (even if, with the wind, they stayed in the closet — hahaha!). Calm and relaxation were at the rendezvous, exactly what we needed! The little touches on our arrival, like the delicious surprises that brightened our stay, added even more joy to our trip. A huge thank you for these beautiful memories!

Fabulous apartment, perfect location, very high quality spec. Very close walking distance to great variety of restaurants. We’re just two of us but plenty of room for 4. Some fabulous beaches nearby. Anse d Arlet our favourite…swimming with turtles..without the need to go out on a catamaran, pelicans, tropical fish, beautiful clean beach..just perfect. Highly recommend this B&B and host and hope to return again!

Very well received by Nicolas on our arrival, with a bonus of a small homemade punch, very much appreciated! The accommodation is perfectly equipped, functional, very clean, and ideally located. A pretty bouquet of flowers in the kitchen brought a delicate and friendly touch. We would definitely recommend this listing!

Great apartment! Very clean, easy to reach by car. A few small items were missing (condiments, paper towels, extra garbage bags for a multi-night stay). Suzelle was very responsive and friendly!

DOMINIQUE! Amazing host, amazing spot, and I know where to stay for my next vacation in Martinique! We were blown away by his kindness and his excellent local tips on activities and hiking . Beautiful accommodation with all the amenities required for a pleasant stay. The location allows easy access to the area's attractions. Corinne's welcome was warm. She also shared several recommendations that enhanced our trip to Martinique.

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very beautiful terrace overlooking the sunset, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the hotel de la batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and lots of fish. Not really a restaurant within walking distance, there is the casino restaurant and pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your beach towels. The laundry washer was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no neighbor's noise.

Very nice apartment, with spacious and very well furnished bathroom. A room and a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea . Very easy communication with Virginia who is very responsive to our requests . In short, we highly recommend it!!!!
