Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sainte-Marie-la-Mer

A lovely property in a beautiful, tranquil location. The house was clean and comfortable with air conditioning in every room - a real bonus in soaring temperatures. The outside space is a short walk away from the house with a shady pergola and a nice swimming pool. Helene was on hand if we needed anything but the house felt private. The area is beautiful with medieval villages and castles within a short drive. Excellent value for money too.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous and spotless home (the photos are great but don't do justice to how beautiful it is). We wanted for nothing, the apartment is really well equipped and furnished. Ghislaine is a great host and very welcoming. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at Isabelle and Pascal's home. A complete communion with nature. Isabelle and Pascal showed us some very wonderful places that we would never have found on our own. And all the finishes in the house and fittings are stunning. Thank you so much!

Our stay at Les Merles was spectacular. The house is tastefully decorated and thought out in detail, in a quiet setting and with a beautiful cove a minute's walk away. But the best thing, without a doubt, was the hosts: María Isabel and Miquel are close, attentive and charming. You can tell how fond they created this space. We traveled with our dog and we were thrilled that they left us a feeder, a trough and even treats for her. They also recommended very good places to eat and routes in the area. We liked it so much that we even imagined a life living in the area; in calm, near the sea, enjoying the essentials. A place that invites you to slow down, take a deep breath and reconnect. Thank you for everything!

An old house of great character with comfortable sitting room and well-equipped but old style farm kitchen. The shaded terrace was excellent for meals outside and the patio in front of the living room’s French doors was great for breakfast in the sun. The setting and scenery are absolutely beautiful and it is possible to do great walks right from the door. Our dog, Jim, was in his element. The house is well located for numerous walks including the Gorges d’Heric and circuits above Olargues and Saint Pons de Thomiere. A car is essential. There is no local shopping but there are supermarkets in Bedarieux and Saint Pons, not too far away. We enjoyed the restaurant ‘le lézard bleu which is close by in Vieussan. Lydia is a very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. An excellent stay we hope to return.

We spent two weeks in this beautiful and charming little townhouse. It is ideally located between the village and the beach in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. It is tastefully, modernly and functionally furnished on two floors: plenty of storage space, large bedroom with a very good, comfortable bed, perfectly equipped kitchen, two separate toilets, modern bathroom, air conditioning on both floors, parking. Everything you need is available. In addition, the extraordinary cleanliness should be mentioned. The small backyard garden invites you to linger comfortably. Shopping facilities are very close and can be reached on foot. Thomas and his wife are very friendly and always helpful. Your house is one of the very best Airbnbs we've ever had, which is why we highly recommend it.

Location close to the sea. Small but functional house with storage. Pleasant exterior, out of sight. Clean and maintained accommodation, with the installation of mattress covers for sleeping. Well-equipped kitchen. Stéphanie is a host concerned about the well-being of the occupants and I appreciated the contact. Good value for the money.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, Philippe gave us a warm welcome and provided lots of helpful information about the flat and the surrounding area. Communication was excellent throughout—super quick response times—and he even picked us up from the coach station, which was very much appreciated. The flat itself has a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony, and the beach is just a stone’s throw away. It had everything we needed for a self-catering holiday and more. The location is perfect—right on the beach, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and small shops nearby. There's also a lovely promenade, ideal for walks along the beach. I definitely recommend this property, and if we return to Canet-Plage, we will absolutely stay here again!

Antoine is a wonderful host, very responsive (replies to messages within minutes). The studio flat is adorable, clean, central - and had everything that we needed. I feel like Antoine has thought carefully about what his guests need - and provided it. Good value, a comfortable space and the location is excellent. We loved our stay and would definitely come back again.

Meets the expectations of a traveling couple exactly... Functional and clean, this studio is perfect, with an owner who responds quickly to questions asked. No dedicated parking but you can easily find a place for the car near the studio.

We had a great stay at Pierre’s apartment in Canet-en-Roussillon. The flat was exactly as described—clean, quiet, and ideally located right opposite the beach. Communication was excellent throughout, and having a dedicated parking space was a real bonus. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable week, including a very handy washing machine. Highly recommended!

Perfectly adequate accomodation for a short stay in Llança for a couple. The Kitchen was a little smaller than expected, but was fully outfitted and even had a larder stocked with essentials. Marisa is an excellent host and recommended a very good, reasonably priced restaurant. Off street parking was a bonus.

I had a very good stay. The apartment matches the photos and the view of the beach is beautiful. only downside, the elevator was malfunctioning, but no regrets despite the 5 floors to climb. I would come back to spend a stay.

We had a great stay in Jacques' studio. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly and responsive! The apartment is a very well arranged and bright studio as in the photos with a magnificent sea view. Its location is incredible, facing the sea!! We loved the small town of Sainte Marie la Mer, which is very charming! I recommend this accommodation 200% ☺️☀️

One-night stay for professional reasons. Very well located apartment, easy to access. More spacious than in the photos. And the sea view from the bed with the magnificent sunrise was incredible! Aniela was very responsive following a request for information. For my regular travel needs, I place this accommodation in my top 3.

I spent a whole week in Jean Paul's accommodation. Everything about it is excellent The studio is well laid out and very clean. A small oasis of peace. Jean Paul is a beautiful, very discreet person with whom it is pleasant to chat. I highly recommend this studio to people wishing to rest and have a pleasant time away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts of the region.
