Petit Puntos is a detached cottage with optional heated plunge pool set within its own private grounds on the edge of a quiet Gascogne village in Gers. The property faces due south and overlooks rolling sunflower fields and has stunning views of the Pyrenees and Pic du Midi. Inside has been modernised to a high standard and there is plenty of outside living space with comfortable seating and dining areas. There is a decked sunbathing area and plunge pool to cool down looking at the mountains.

A l’intérieur d’une ferme Gascogne de 150 ans, située dans le village de Sauviac (Gers) au cœur de l’Astarac, se trouve le Gites “Les petits Faulongs”, Ce bâtiment a été convertie en une habitation de rez de chaussée, moderne et très lumineuse. Une large baie vitrée s’ouvre sur la terrasse faisant face au massif des Pyrénées et à la campagne Gascogne. Profitez du calme et de la nature, prenez votre petit déjeuner sur la terrasse et le soir regardez le coucher du soleil entre les 2 arbres.

Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a large balcony, shower room and toilet. Second bedroom, 2 single beds with bathroom and toilet. 1 sofa convertible into a double bed in the living room. For sunny days, terrace with garden table, barbecue (charcoal not included). Pool side garden furniture. Petanque court with a table for more conviviality!

There is a little private Terrace at the back, views onto our forest and the countryside. It's completely private. The unit is freshly renovated and really only suitable for people looking for a quiet stay. Some lovely little towns with amazing bakeries and restaurants are not far away.

Located close to a lake with water activities, 1 hour from ski resorts and Spain and the village 2 km away, it has all the local shops. This cottage is suitable for 2 people, with the possibility of an extra child bed, with a living room including a double bed, an equipped kitchenette (electric stove, fridge, kettle and microwave) as well as a bathroom with shower.

Explore our typical cabin with a terrace, a cozy and secluded retreat featuring a shower and dry toilet. Upstairs, a comfortable 160x200 bed awaits, along with a corner with a table, chairs, and armchairs. Equipped for breakfast with a small fridge, kettle, French press coffee maker, and teapot. Le Gîte des Bourrouillets is a step-free apartment that can accommodate up to 3 people . It is accessible to people with disabilities. Located in the slopes of Saint-Michel, with a view of the Baïse valley, the cottage offers a quiet and secluded setting from the main roads. Close to Mirande and Trie-sur-Baïse, it is also a 25 min drive to Marciac and 35 min to Auch. The village has a post office and a participatory bread / grocery store.
