Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Il y a de nombreuses activités aux alentours : visite de l'ile-aux-coudres (30 min.), randonnée au mont du Lac des Cygnes (30 min.) et magasinage dans la ville de Baie-St-Paul (10 min.). Les lits étaient très confortables. L'espace commun est très lumineux et le petit balcon est bien orienté pour profiter du soleil. Un petit point à améliorer est que nous aurions aimé que l'herbe entourant le foyer extérieur soit coupée puisqu'elle était longue et ne nous a pas donné envie de s'y rendre. La description du chalet reflète bien ce qui s'y retrouve. Nous recommandons ce chalet!

This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour ! Chalet avec une très belle vue, ambiance chaleureuse, beaucoup d'équipement pour cuisiner. Lieu très propre et bien rangé. Lyne est très disponible pour répondre aux questions, elle répond très rapidement et semble avoir bien à coeur le bien-être de ses hôtes ! Je recommande fortement :)

Strong recommendation! Isabelle's cottage, a converted schoolhouse, is charming, peaceful, and comfortable. The house is extraordinarily well-appointed, with everything you need, particularly in the kitchen. The back patio is a serene place to have a coffee, watch the birds, and enjoy the view over the empty fields. You will need a car. We drove to Québec one day and Ile d'Orleans the next - it's about 45 minutes to each.

Magnifique !! La maison ainsi que l’espace extérieur étaient parfaitement adaptés à nos besoins comme nous voyageons avec nos deux chiens de bergers. La cuisine est bien équipée et confortable pour 4 personnes adultes. Les photos ainsi que la description sont tel que promis. L’hôte est sympathique et rapide à répondre à nos questions. L’accès à la rivière et la proximité des sentiers pédestres sont un plus !! Nous recommandons vivement :)

A delightful mix of old house (hand-hewn beams and squared-off logs for walls) with new renovations (modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean, etc.). The neighborhood is not particularly beautiful, but we were looking for proximity to the Mont St. Anne xc ski trails and this home is perfectly located for that, along with a small grocery store and gas station a couple hundred meters away. It is both cozy and comfortable, and we will gladly come back again, potentially with other family friends as the house has three apartments and would easily house a large number of people. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au Relais 217. Nous nous y sommes senti comme dans notre chalet! Ce chalet est vraiment chaleureux et décoré avec soin. Nous avons apprécié y apercevoir des chevreuils sur la terrasse et la nature autour est magnifique. Les lits sont confortables, tout est parfait! Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux!

We absolutely loved our stay! The hosts thought of everything — from fully stocked dishes and cozy bedding to coffee and thoughtful snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The space was spotless and beautifully decorated, and the grounds were immaculate. We met Holly during our stay and she was so sweet. Although we didn’t meet Nadine in person, she was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again — it truly felt like a home away from home.

It was a great place and very comfortable for our group of 5! Clean, spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. Stephane was also very responsive and helpful! overall, 5 stars!

A lovely place to enjoy peaceful time with family or friends! We stayed in early June, and the neighborhood was beautifully green and picturesque. The home offers a stunning view of the hills and is tucked away in a quiet, private area. It was clean and well-equipped with almost all the amenities we needed. Marie was very helpful and responsive, which made our stay even more comfortable. Conveniently located about 30 minutes from Old Quebec and Parc national de la Jacques-Cartier, we had the chance to explore both the city and the national park. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The property is spacious, clean, and offers a peaceful retreat with its private land. The spa and pool table were fantastic additions that made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Clean space as described within walking distance to all Quebec City attractions. Parking spot is small so we opted to leave the car in the garage and take Ubers or walk to the Old City. I think overall good value compared to staying in a hotel, however be aware there is a homeless shelter one block away where a number of homeless people are milling about on the sidewalk so walking home at night from the wrong direction was a little sketchy. Not a problem for four adults but not ideal if traveling with small children in my opinion.

Je recommande l'hébergement de Chrystel. C'était propre, lumineux et placé stratégiquement pour rejoindre la ville de Québec et se lancer dans des belles balades.

Séjour en amoureux pour un week-end de compétition de trail à une 15aine de minutes du chalet ! La température a assombrie l'événement, mais le chalet nous a pleinement consolés ! L'hôte nous a d'ailleurs accommodés sans hésitation pour une arrivée légèrement plus hâtive que prévue. Bel endroit cozy/chaleureux, très propre et mention spéciale au lit confortable ! Le spa a été plus qu'apprécié par nos corps meurtris d'après course. Nous prévoyons y retourner en août pour un autre événement, cette fois-ci avec notre garçon de 3 ans qui va adorer le module de jeu extérieur. En espérant que la température soit au rendez-vous pour profiter du lac ! :)

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. Malgré le froid intense sentir la chaleur d'un bon feu de bois fait tout oublier. L'emplacement est parfait, l'endroit est tranquille et il y a beaucoup de terrain pour faire jouer la boule de poil. Le chalet est propre et bien équipé nous n'avons manqué de rien. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Me and me friends loved it so much it was hard to leave. The perfect Little place for a Little get away.

This was our second stay. It’s a great location about 30-40 minutes outside Quebec City. Lots of room for the kids to run and play outside with a beautiful porch set up overlooking the back yard. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable, house was very clean. Access to the lake is a very short walk. Johanne and Jean were very attentive and live just down the road. Tous étais parfait! Merci et a l’année prochaine.

Beau chalet avec un accès direct a un lac. Tranquillité et pas trop de moustique. Je louerais ce chalet de nouveau. La chambre des maîtres est un gros wow avec le bain.
