Holiday rentals with beach access in Sainte-Anne

Absolutely everything is together to feel perfectly at home. Communication was fluid and responsive, the welcome warm and quick, the accommodation clean and equipped in a very complete way, the pleasant private pools and beaches, the complex stone and vac as a whole at the top, the walk nearby to Bois jolan too beautiful, the breakfast with the magical birds, the Balaou meals as good on the plate as the view... in short, the dream life😍

Aurélie's studio is a real cozy nest, a cocoon. Perfectly clean, it has everything we usually need . The 180 degree view of the sea and the Gosier Island from this studio is a perpetual enchantment. Just be aware that the hotel of the residence organizes fairly regularly parties especially on Sundays from 2pm to 11pm which are very noisy. Aurélie as well as the syndic regularly reports it to the director who will hopefully, by imposing absolute calm in this paradise.

Very good stay with all the amenities of Pierre and Vacances. Quiet location and very nice sea view. David was available and flexible, thank you to him.

The accommodation is a haven of peace, it is very well equipped and the owners are very responsive to requests. I highly recommend this accommodation to people who want to spend quiet and relaxing time.

A single word: perfect! The apartment is perfectly located, 2 steps from all facilities. The resident is perfectly maintained, and the people who live there are very respectful between them. And what about the apartment…:? perfect condition, many equipment, a breathtaking view, in short a real haven of peace. Alienor is a perfect host: responsive, very attentive and considerate. Of all the places we rented, this one is (and by far) a much better standings! Anyway, you'll understand: go for it!!’

A really beautiful place in a great location- we loved it.

The place is splendid, spacious and very quiet with beautiful sea views. Air conditioning helps regulate temperature and humidity while being very quiet. Which is nice. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The pool is very large but beware of the first step which is surprisingly high. In conclusion, we had a pleasant stay. Follow the host's directions (not always easy to see at night) to get to the place, as GPS can get you to unlikely places.

The welcome was excellent: Mael's mother, present on site, is particularly warm and caring. Mael remains easily reachable and responsive. A very good place that we recommend without hesitation.

Just wow! Our stay at Villa Manate in Gosier was beyond our expectations. The villa is magnificent, a true haven of peace combining luxury, comfort and design. Everything is thought of in the smallest details: large swimming pool with bar, outdoor lounge area (ideal for an aperitif), jacuzzi on the rooftop, LED lights and light games, functional spaces all tastefully decorated. A huge thank you to Magalie, the host, who is very attentive and always available. Upon our arrival, an aperitif was waiting for us, and we even got a super complete breakfast basket: an attention that makes all the difference! This corner of paradise is the ideal place for a stay with family, friends or simply as a couple. In short, it's a 10/10, we leave conquered, rested, and we recommend this villa with our eyes closed!

We had an unforgettable stay at Clémentine's house, a real little slice of paradise nestled in the heart of Guadeloupe. The terrace with a pool and the view of the tropical vegetation are simply magical, it's a haven of peace. The decoration, both typical of the islands and modern, gives the house a warm and exotic atmosphere. The location is perfect, only a few minutes drive from Sainte-Anne and the village, making it easy to enjoy the local beaches and markets! Clémentine was adorable, always available and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was the perfect place for a couple's vacation and to show my spouse the island of my childhood. We had an exceptional stay! The accommodation was spotless, very clean, well appointed and as described in all respects. Every detail was designed for our comfort, which demonstrates the high quality of the place. Our host was available and responsive to all our questions. There is a long, very pleasant path for walking and running along the sea - even with children. We warmly recommend this property.

We had a lovely 2 weeks at Aurélie's place. The apartment is great, quiet, warm (especially the sheltered terrace and its sofa that overlook a splendid view, especially for the sunrises😉) everything is very close and Aurelie as well as Marie are very friendly, full of good advice and really accommodating!

The Airbnb was spotless, modern, beautiful pool , beautiful outdoor layout. The hosts were really welcoming and on the lookout for our needs. accommodation corresponding to the photos. very nice view , close to parking and pool. a little bit just for 4 but we didn't stay indoors during the day access to the pool and beach right next door. I expected to hear more noise in the evening in view of the old reviews, while for a holiday village, I thought it was quiet (positive😊) attention however to the children's club, it is 16 euros per activity offered we have not tried the gym/spa wellness thank you to Valerie for her responsiveness and kindness i would recommend the place with pleasure

I highly recommend this listing! It is very well equipped and perfectly located. Walking access to Sainte Anne beach in 5 min is a real luxury! The residence is quiet and secure. We were very well received and had all the information necessary for the smooth running of the stay. We will rent this apartment again without hesitation.
