Pleasant studio of approximately 20 m², with a separate bathroom and a separate toilet. This studio is located on the ground floor of our house but it has a completely independent entrance. It consists of a main room with a 140 bed (new quality bedding), a fully equipped kitchen area, a desk area, an armchair and a dressing room. There is also a separate bathroom (shower and towel dryer), a separate toilet and a small hall. Free private parking.

Comfortable eco-lodge 5 km from the A89 (exit 22) on the banks of the river. For vacations, sightseeing, work. Need to recharge? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our small, recently refurbished, simple and friendly cabin, waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 minutes from Lake Bariousses, 15 minutes from Treignac and 30 minutes from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on-site tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Our charming little independent house of 28m2 is located in a remote location 4km away from Peyrelevade in the fresh air of the Plateau De Millevaches. You can practice hiking and mountain biking, go fishing.... You are in the heart of calm, serenity, tranquility and clean air, ideal for resting. The gite is ideal for 2 people. If cycling, you have the use of a closed garage adjacent.
