Clean and functional apartment with a magnificent view of the ocean. It's well equipped and the instructions are very clear. Charlene is very responsive to my inquiries. We would recommend it.

The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood, about 1 km from the beach — it's nice to walk there. There is a place to park in the garden, and a small table outside to have breakfast overlooking the garden. The apartment is well-equipped, we found everything we needed. Host are very kind and available. There is no air conditioning, so it can be a little hot at night in summer.

Brigitte is super nice and very helpful. The apartment is super clean, large, very quiet, with heating and equipped with everything you need. The location is central in the old town center, in a few minutes you can walk to the harbor. Nearby there are many restaurants and shopping. Arriving by car is a bit complicated due to the location of the apartment (no stopping and parking in front of the apartment). There are parking spaces in the vicinity, but many of them are subject to a charge. Free parking is available near the adjacent park. All in all, it was a very nice stay in La Rochelle. An incredible and very beautiful building with a history, ultra cozy apartment very well equipped with an exceptional and rare terrace of this size, the Pontaillac neighborhood is the prettiest and chicest in Royan.

We felt completely comfortable and fell a little in love with the Ile de Ré. The accommodation is very pretty and furnished with an eye for design and attention to detail. Kitchen has everything you need and you can make good use of the small garden. Bed very comfortable, everything super clean. Location is great, right on the beach and opposite a beach bar. Yes, the traffic is sometimes loud during the day, but the windows close well and that's just the (in my opinion acceptable) price for the location directly on the water. The village center of Rivedoux Page and supermarkets are within walking distance. We rented bicycles (on Julie's tip), which is great, especially for longer stays. St. Martin de Ré, for example, is quick to reach by bike and worth a trip. Julie always responded very quickly to questions.

Really beautiful location in a quiet area, direcly at the ocean, would definitely recomand, we spent a lovely time there!

we would have liked to stay longer in this beautiful apartment. We felt at home. The location of the apartment in Cotinière was ideal for us. We were able to explore the island wonderfully with the bicycles. Everything was perfect. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful four nights at Stephanie's beautiful duplex. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, exquisitely appointed, really felt like someone's home, the apartment has everything you could possibly need. The location is sensational: right in the middle of the stylish pedestrian walkways and excellent shops and restaurants - and only two minute's walk to the bustling harbour - and yet so peaceful and private. The view of the sea over the red roof tiles as we drank our coffee each morning was worth every penny of the rental price. Stephanie could not have been more welcoming or helpful - she gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, bars, beaches, bike hire and more. We simply couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more, and we will be back. If you are very tall, you will need to be careful in the bedroom / bathroom as the ceiling is low/sloping but, honestly, the views from the bedroom windows are worth a little bump or two!

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to both of you 🌞

Very nice rental that perfectly matches the Airbnb listing. Thierry is very friendly and very responsive. The town of Saujon is very cute with pleasant walks along the Seudre.

Very nice welcome from Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is very pleasant. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for all questions. I recommend it.
