Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint-Siméon

Excellent location in the lower city for those with 1 vehicle. The parking space is a real plus. In a modern building, the apartment does not overlook Avenue Charrest and is therefore relatively quiet and allows you to open the bay window that overlooks the balcony without fear of traffic noise (very dense on this axis). Very clear, well-equipped with cleaning products available, nice furniture, comfortable bedding (although, from my point of view, the sheets are a little small for the size of the bed…), beautiful bathroom with large walk-in shower. 1 beautiful room at the entrance to leave suitcases, coats, shoes… extremely practical. Many shops (including 1 excellent bakery a few steps away and 1 grocery store), restaurants, bars nearby. Despite the presence of many homeless people and/or drug addicts, we never felt unsafe. Hosts are responsive and respond quickly to questions. Entry and exit in simple places.

It's a real little paradise! The place is very beautiful and very well maintained, I would even say impeccable! We had a warm welcome from the host Richard, smiling and available! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a stay in nature and very quiet… the city is not very far away with everything you need!

We spent 2 nights at Janic's. Our stay went very well. The house is located on the edge of a road, a little noisy but on the other hand it is well equipped and very clean. The host is very kind.

A super equipped holiday home. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. We could even have used the gas grill. Modern bathroom with large shower, and who needs it, with washing machine and dryer. There were two of us and we had more than enough room. 100% recommendation.

Hélène and her spouse gave us an excellent welcome. The accommodation is conveniently located to discover the region. Everything was perfect: clean, consistent with the photos, and very comfortable. Hélène gave us excellent advice to enjoy the local activities. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful place. Unobstructed view of the river, exactly as in the photos. No smell of sulfur in the water, contrary to what some previous comments said. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it.

A real little piece of heaven! Marc-Antoine's house is super well located, quiet, with a beautiful terrace to enjoy the sun. Everything is clean, well thought out and super cozy. It immediately felt good. Marc-Antoine is super nice and available. We loved our stay — we'll be back, that's for sure!

Very pleasant stay in this charming little house, especially welcoming when you arrive in the rain! There is everything you need, especially for cooking, books and tourist information as well as board games available. The fjord is ready and Pierre and Claudia are on site if needed.

The space is bigger than it appears in the photos. Very nice, we stayed there for a whole day because there was a big rain.

The house is beautifully restored and the beautiful and large plot overlooking the beach makes it a prime location. I have rarely seen a kitchen so well equipped and tidy. The rooms are very comfortable and the open area with windows overlooking the river is great. Excellent communication with Line. I highly recommend it and hope to return!

Excellent stay! Like every time I go. It was nice to see these beautiful places again in the summer. Everything is always very good and clean. Then I thank them again for being flexible with the arrival time. Sometimes a little awkward, such as with the reception of the owners before even entering the premises or meeting them regularly. But they are there if there is anything at least.

Very nice apartment arranged and tastefully decorated. Everything was perfect. Located 15 minutes' drive from Old Quebec and right next to Montmorency Falls, we had a very pleasant stay there. i highly recommend this listing.

What a wonderful apartment in a slice of heaven - our favourite place we visited in Canada. From a short walk down to the fjord to great local shops nearby, it was a fantastic apartment in a brilliant location. The apartment is neat, clean and tidy with great stock of pots, pans, cutlery, glasses and mugs. The beds were comfy, and the living area was wonderfully put together. We loved hearing the chickens on occasion! Would definitely stay again!

Loved the location, very private nice view. Easy access to unload car. Great location if your going to Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie park. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was well equipped to cook a meal. SUPER CLEAN!! Would stay here again if we're back in the area.

We had a great time in Avignon. The place is amazing, the view from the kitchen is beautiful. It had exactly everything we needed. Possibility to make a bbq and also a fire outside. It was very warm. We would recommend this listing!

This place is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils, so we felt comfortable like we were at home for three weeks. It was nice that there was a golf course nearby, and there were walking trails around the ski resort, so we spent time healing naturally while we were there. The accommodation facilities were clean and nice.

The accommodation is perfectly functional but lacks character to make it more cozy. The sofa is not the one in the photo (the daybed is missing). Otherwise, nothing to repeat.
