Séjour parfait, la location était conforme aux photos et à la description, cadre idyllique, commerce à proximité et Evran est à quelque dizaines de minutes de Dinan, Dinard, st Malo…. Hôtes très réactifs nous avions oublié notre chaise haute pour le bébé et quelques temps après nous l avions. Je recommande vraiment cette location et nous n’hésiterons pas inviter nos amis à passer chez Christophe et virginie . 👍👍👍

The house is very lovely. It's surrounded by trees and feels very peaceful. The swimming pool was a great success! We swam in it every day as my grandchildren loved it. The location suited us as there is plenty to do in nearby St Malo. We also visited Dinard, Dinan ( very historical) and Mont St Michel. Due to issues with allergies we cooked every evening so can't comment on dining out, but the nearby Super EU supplied our needs and explained which bread was safe for someone with serious nut and soya allergies. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Séjour fort agréable dans cette petite maison avec des moments conviviaux sous la tonnelle. Plaisir de découvrir à proximité de beaux sites de la côte d'émeraude et de se régaler avec les spécialités régionales.

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. If someone guides you then that is fine. We will definitely be back! Thank you Delphine, your place rocks! 😎🇫🇷🙏🏻☀️ xxx

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage mit tollem Garten! Von dort sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, sodass man die Bretagne und auch Teile der Normandie gut erkunden kann. Jean Michel ist ein sehr höflicher und aufgeschlossener Gastgeber.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Valérie et Daniel. La maison est neuve, décorée avec goût, on s'y sent comme chez soi. Très bien placée pour visiter. La cuisine est toute équipée, produits de base et petits électroménagers utiles pour préparer de bons repas. Tout a été mis à disposition pour notre fille Louna de 1 an : lit bébé, table à langer, chaise haute, bassine pour le bain, mixeur pour les repas et de nombreux jouets. Le jardin est magnifique, très bien entretenu et pleins de jolies fleurs. Une terrasse avec table,parasol, barbecue ainsi que des transats sont disponibles pour profiter de la météo ensoleillée. 2 vélos et accessoires de plage, jeux en tout genre pour les sorties. Valérie nous a accueillis en personne pour nous donner les informations utiles et donner des conseils pour les activités aux alentours. Elle a été réactive à nos questions tout au long de notre sejour. Merci encore pour cette belle semaine. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Jolie maison lumineuse, tout est neuf, propre, bien entretenu, bien équipé. Nous avons séjourné avec notre bébé et il a particulièrement apprécié la chaise haute. Tout est facilement accessible à pied, avec la poussette. Toutefois la maison est située sur une rue passante, un peu plus bruyant la nuit. Mais gros plus pour le stationnement!

Nous avons été enchanté par la maison de Florence décorée avec goût bonne situation entre Saint Malo et Dinard endroit paisible calme un enchantement !! Nous y reviendrons

Cette belle maison reflète parfaitement les photos en ligne, bien décorée, lumineuse, spacieuse, elle est fonctionnelle, confortable et extrêmement propre, même les parties extérieures, le jardin est bien paysagé, le tout dans un endroit calme. Une semaine de vacances réussie, nous reviendrons !

We had a fantastic stay in Stephanie’s very sweet cottage. It’s moments from the centre of town but very secluded and peaceful and the front garden is a lovely spot to take sit in the evenings. The apartment is small but well maintained and equipped and the space is perfect for a small family. The kids slept upstairs in the attic room on two single mattresses with lots of books and games to keep them occupied. The main bedroom is small but cosy. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking and the dishwasher is a handy addition. Dinard is a lovely town and the restaurants very child-friendly and laidback. Stephanie was great throughout, communicative, and even offered us an early check-in which was very handy. We will definitely be back, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Un logement qui correspond parfaitement à la description. Une vue .. incroyable et tellement reposant. Il nous manquait un peu de soleil pour profiter pleinement de l’extérieur. Sarah est vraiment très accueillante et nous a expliqué la fonctionnement des différents appareils de la maison. Vraiment très proche de saint Malo. Nous reviendrons avec le soleil je l’espère la prochaine fois

We waren meteen al gecharmeerd door de foto's op de website maar in het echt was het nog beter! De communicatie was perfect, de aankomst was echt hartelijk en tijdens de rondleiding was het meteen duidelijk dat Philippe en Birgit dit met veel passie doen. Het ruime huis is niet alleen super-proper maar ook hyper-volledig ingericht met heel veel smaak: we voelden er ons meteen thuis! Het was een waar plezier om in deze keuken te koken. Er is echt aan alles gedacht. Het is een perfecte uitvalsbasis om de mooie regio te verkennen (de tips van Philippe en Birgit zijn echte aanraders). We hadden het geluk dat het prachtig weer as maar ook bij minder weer is het een super cosy huis. We hebben XXXL genoten. Aanrader!

Logement très propre, 2 grandes chambres, belle petite salle de bain avec tout le nécessaire. Parking très accessible, très calme. Bonne literie. Nous y retounerions sûrement si nous passions à nouveau dans le secteur. Fabien est très réactif.

We had a superb stay at Lionel's house. Location is perfect, just outside St Malo and within close distance to beaches, ships and all the attractions of the area. The house is beautiful, exceptionally comfortable, with a gorgeous garden and decking area, and all the amenities you could need - modern, well equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms and a utility room, super comfortable beds, ample parking and a safe outside space to store bikes. Lionel and his relatives are so nice and helpful. We didn't experience any difficulties or problems. We are very grateful to Lionel for hosting us, we'd love to come back and can absolutely recommend Lionel as a host and his house as a highest quality listing.

C’est un havre de paix. Très bien aménagé, parfaitement situé et très propre. L’entrée se fait facilement. Nous avons pu marcher jusqu’à la vielle ville les pieds dans l’eau.
