Apartment holiday rentals in Saint-Servan, Saint-Malo

We had a really wonderful, restful stay. The flat was light and airy and comfortable and was just as Alexandra had described it. We enjoyed walking along the pathway to St Cast, or just popping down to one of the restaurants below the appartment for supper. We made lots of little excursions west and east along the coast but also enjoyed coming back “home” to just sit and enjoy the comings and goings below in the port.

The apartment was immaculate, well-equipped, and a good size for 1 person. Comfortable bed. The host picked me up from the train station and took me back at the end of my stay, which was really appreciated! I walk leisurely, so it took about 20 minutes to walk into the old city. There aren’t many restaurants or shops in the immediate vicinity. Other than that, it was a good stay.

What a place! We loved everything about our stay. The apartment is the perfect layout with plenty of room and all the facilities you need. The little quirky pieces of art brought a great fun feel to the place. It’s within walking distance to Intra Muros and the incredible sea lido which is perfect for a morning swim and quiet coffee before the crowds arrive. There are local cafes, restaurants and a delicious boulangerie just along the next road from the apartment. The apartment was very secure and we had excellent bike storage in the underground garage. Top marks for Vanessa’s communication, when we couldn’t locate the code to enter the garage (which she had provided) she was there within 10 minutes to help us and show us around. Absolutely excellent.

What a fabulous place, we hope to be able to come back. Claire and Chris have been absolutely wonderful and extremely accommodative with an early check in. The location could not be better and the sea view is a massive plus. Very pleased with our stay and we can’t wait to be back! Thank you.

Loved our stay in this little cocoon. The apartment is extremely well decorated and equipped. We were spoiled by Celine's little touches. We were able to reach intramuros with the bikes which is very convenient. Highly recommend this place, everything was perfect!!

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence that overlooks the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the original owner of the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

The apartment is clean and tastefully decorated. Ideally located near the Leclerc and 10 minutes from the ramparts of Saint Malo. The residence is quiet and secure. Honorine is a responsive and caring host. We had a lovely weekend there.

Fantastic Duplex in a beautiful location. You are just a short walk to multiple beaches, restaurants, bakeries, etc. the unit is very clean and comfortable. We stayed for one week and really enjoyed our time here!

Ideal accommodation for staying in Saint-Lunaire. Beautiful view from the living room and bedroom, very close to shops and especially the sea. Well arranged and clean accommodation which makes the stay ideal with children. I highly recommend it.

We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

Nice surprise on arrival: spacious and bright accommodation (large bay window). Sheets and towels are provided at check-in. The bedding is great. A small path at the end of the land leads us directly to the port, where there are shops, bars and restaurants. In addition: the pool/sauna area, very nice for a small relaxing break.

The house is charming, perfectly equipped, impeccably clean and ideally located to discover Saint-Malo and its surroundings. The calm of the place is particularly appreciable, allowing you to fully relax after a day of sightseeing. The hosts are very kind, available and attentive. I had a great stay with my 2 young children. Impeccable apartment, very nice and very well located, close to the sea, restaurants, supermarket... Easy to access with parking space right next door. We were even able to eat outside on the small terrace. Pleasant host and good communication. I highly recommend. My children and I really enjoyed it. Nice site nearby: Fort la latte, cap frehel...
