Perfect stay, the rental was as pictured and described, idyllic setting, nearby trade and Evran is a few dozen minutes from Dinan, Dinard, St Malo…. Very responsive hosts we had forgotten our high chair for the baby and some time after we had it. I really recommend this rental and we will not hesitate to invite our friends to stop by Christophe and Virginia's. 👍👍👍

The house is very lovely. It's surrounded by trees and feels very peaceful. The swimming pool was a great success! We swam in it every day as my grandchildren loved it. The location suited us as there is plenty to do in nearby St Malo. We also visited Dinard, Dinan ( very historical) and Mont St Michel. Due to issues with allergies we cooked every evening so can't comment on dining out, but the nearby Super EU supplied our needs and explained which bread was safe for someone with serious nut and soya allergies. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. If someone guides you then that is fine. We will definitely be back! Thank you Delphine, your place rocks! 😎🇫🇷🙏🏻☀️ xxx

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

A very nice accommodation in a quiet location with a great garden! From there, many sights are easily accessible by car, so you can easily explore Brittany and parts of Normandy. Jean Michel is a very polite and open-minded host.

We had a great stay at Valerie and Daniel's. The house is new, tastefully decorated, you feel at home. Very well placed to visit. The kitchen is fully equipped, with basic products and small appliances useful for preparing good meals. Everything was made available for our 1-year-old daughter Louna: baby bed, changing table, high chair, bath basin, blender for meals and lots of toys. The garden is beautiful, very well maintained and full of pretty flowers. A terrace with table, parasol, barbecue and deckchairs are available to enjoy the sunny weather. 2 bikes and beach accessories, games of all kinds for outings. Valérie welcomed us in person to give us useful information and advice for activities in the area. She was responsive to our questions throughout our stay. Again, thank you for a great week. We'll be happy to go back.

Beautiful bright house, everything is new, clean, well maintained, well equipped. We stayed with our baby and he particularly enjoyed the high chair. Everything is easily accessible on foot, with the stroller. However, the house is located on a busy street, a little noisier at night. But a big plus for parking!

This beautiful house perfectly reflects the photos online, well decorated, bright, spacious, it is functional, comfortable and extremely clean, even the outdoor areas, the garden is well landscaped, all in a quiet location. We had a fantastic stay in Stephanie’s very sweet cottage. It’s moments from the centre of town but very secluded and peaceful and the front garden is a lovely spot to take sit in the evenings. The apartment is small but well maintained and equipped and the space is perfect for a small family. The kids slept upstairs in the attic room on two single mattresses with lots of books and games to keep them occupied. The main bedroom is small but cosy. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking and the dishwasher is a handy addition. Dinard is a lovely town and the restaurants very child-friendly and laidback. Stephanie was great throughout, communicative, and even offered us an early check-in which was very handy. We will definitely be back, thank you for a wonderful stay.

A home that perfectly matches the description. An incredible and so relaxing view. We were missing a little sunshine to fully enjoy the outdoors. Sarah is really very welcoming and explained the operation of the different devices in the house. Really very close to Saint Malo. We'll come back with the sun, I hope, next time

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

Very clean accommodation, 2 large bedrooms, nice small bathroom with everything you need. Very accessible parking, very quiet. Good bedding. We would definitely go back if we were in the area again. Fabien is very responsive.

We had a superb stay at Lionel's house. Location is perfect, just outside St Malo and within close distance to beaches, ships and all the attractions of the area. The house is beautiful, exceptionally comfortable, with a gorgeous garden and decking area, and all the amenities you could need - modern, well equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms and a utility room, super comfortable beds, ample parking and a safe outside space to store bikes. Lionel and his relatives are so nice and helpful. We didn't experience any difficulties or problems. We are very grateful to Lionel for hosting us, we'd love to come back and can absolutely recommend Lionel as a host and his house as a highest quality listing.
