Absolutely loved this studio! The building is very old, but the interior is fully modern and impeccably equipped. Everything worked perfectly—AC, shutters, hot water—and the kitchen had everything I needed. The bed was quite comfortable, and the location is ideal: just a 10-minute walk from the train station and less than 5 minutes from the Théâtre Antique. Perfect spot for a concert weekend or exploring the city. Highly recommended.

Second year in a row that I stay in this property for several weeks. It's bright, clean, quiet, and it feels really good! Communication with Brigitte is good, I recommend it! Extra positive for the next ones: the bed has just been changed.

With my mother, my sister, her husband and their children, we had a great stay in this apartment, with an attentive, very kind, flexible and above all responsive host. Don't hesitate to book because you won't be disappointed. If I'm in Vienna, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We spent 2 nights at Maxime's and everything was perfect. The accommodation is well arranged, well located in the center but in a small street / courtyard that allows you to be quiet (even on an evening of June 21 music festival). Maxime is very responsive, we had a question about parking and we were able to find solutions easily (especially parking in the street that goes to the "Le Manège" theater) We'll keep the address for our future visits to Vienna! The accommodation was really great! First of all, it's beautiful, spacious and incredibly well decorated! It was very, very clean, and there's everything you need! The location is ideal, close to restaurants, supermarkets etc, and finding a place to park was not so complicated! Communication with Audrey was great! In short, everything went really well, we were delighted! I recommend it!!!

Listing in very good, clean, functional condition and as described. Proximity to train station (5 minutes walk) many restaurants and city center. Convenience store 3 minute walk. Only downside: the neighborhood where the place is not attractive

Our stay at Delphine and Karim's was great, the apartment is very clean, it perfectly matched the photos, it was our first time in Lyon and Delphine was available for everything with her recommendations, she helped me a lot when I arrived, I took the liberty of disturbing her several times 🙈but she was always listening, and that's very nice of her. Thank you very much Delphine, I'll be happy to come back to your place ☺️ I would highly recommend.

Very satisfied with this listing! Very clear accommodation, very nice . Out of more than perfect , accommodating, cordial , available . If we had to chip in total kindness would have been on the bedding . We had trouble sleeping . Otherwise there was really nothing to complain about this place , we would not hesitate to return if we still have a dance competition around!

an extremely attractive place to stay! location is perfect, few meters from bus stops, nearby restaurants and food markets. the unit is adorable , spotless, spanking new furnitures , kitchen equipped every thing you needed. We would love to return.

Very well located apartment, city center, and 1 min walk to the train station. Ideal for business travel. The apartment is large, very well arranged, very well equipped and very clean. The only downside in summer is that if people need total silence to sleep, we can't open the windows because of the boulevard. But the apartment is very well soundproofed. I recommend it.

Nice little apartment in the heart of the city,well arranged and tastefully decorated (the terrace is really an asset). Small welcome tray with coffee tea,and sugar for breakfast we really appreciated it😉😊 Comfort bedding. Sabrina is very friendly and available.

Great place to stay true to photos

Great, everything was in line with the listing, even the reviews of previous tenants were taken into account, 2 sets of towels, 4 coffee pods, frankly nothing to say, it's really classy, I recommend it 100%!

Jean François and his family are very welcoming. Parking cars is not a problem in the gated property. The accommodation is spacious and well-equipped. On the relaxation side, we were able to enjoy the swimming spa and the pool. It takes a minimum of 3 days to fully appreciate these facilities. Children's games and a trampoline were welcome for our 3.5-year-old grandson. Jean François has a very good rapport with children. The accommodation is well located for access to the Peaugres Zoo and the Palais idéal du facteur Cheval. We are very satisfied with our stay at Jean François's.

Absolutely loved our stay — the apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The bed was cozy, the shower had great water pressure, and the kitchen was well-equipped for light meals. The neighborhood was quiet but well-located, with easy access to public transportation and great local bakeries. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and welcoming throughout. We’d definitely stay here again — five stars all around!

Marie-Anne is a generous, smiling and very welcoming woman who knew how to put us at ease. The accommodation is great, functional, we didn't miss anything! The pool area was nice and we enjoyed having a barbecue on the private terrace. Being able to mark our passage in this place is a wonderful concept. I highly recommend this place!! Clément was a great, responsive host and the apartment itself was a wonderful base of operations for our visit to the greater Lyon area. The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals at home, but you have the option to enjoy a wide variety of cuisines within 10 minutes walking distance. To sum up it’s a convenient location with good access to transportation and supplies. The neighborhood has a youthful feel to it, and we felt safe at all times. I would like to add that the beds, linens and towels were all of high-quality, and the water pressure was great!
