Beautiful large accommodation, well-equipped, clean, welcoming decoration, quiet neighborhood and zero parking problems. Interesting region to visit: exceptional botanical garden, lighthouse, pretty tourist and shopping town center, etc. All of this is highly recommended!

We had a great time. Nice and well decorated accomodation. Access to the terrace and garden is a plus, well exposed and quiet. Hosts available and attentive. It feels like home away from home. Our daughter loved playing with the dogs and cats, all adorable 🙂

A superb stay in this modern apartment, very nicely decorated, and very functional. The view from the terrace is splendid, just like in the photos. The neighborhood is peaceful, and close enough by car to the center of Perros Guirec and the coast. A great short stay! Philippe is a responsive and available host.

In short: our most beautiful and impressive Airbnb apartment to date! The great pictures of the ad give the real impression of standing in this bright, friendly, tastefully furnished apartment and having the incredible panoramic view of the sea, the coast and the many islands in front of you, not really again - in real life it's much more beautiful. In addition, the apartment is superbly equipped, the spacious kitchen and the compact but beautiful bathroom (looking at the sea through the porthole while showering is awesome) are great. We also slept very well, it is very quiet, only the sound of the sea and seagulls... As you might guess from reading, we were thrilled and will definitely come back - and this time for longer! Oh yes, the contact with the concierge team was great, totally nice, always quickly accessible and helpful... we really enjoyed the beautiful time.

We only stayed for one night after arriving late by ferry, and before setting off early the next day on a tour of Brittany. Emmanuel's place is in a quiet location and was perfect for us for one night, but it would also have been perfect for us had we stayed longer. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. There is a nice garden with terraces overlooking the garden. It takes about 10 minutes by car from the centre of Roscoff

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and had all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. This apartment is extremely tasteful and high-quality. Great location right by the harbor with restaurants, bars and bakers - whatever you need. Since the bedroom is at the back, it is quiet. And Anne Marie is a very, very pleasant hostess.

The town of Roscoff is superb thanks to its buildings, we really enjoyed the visit to the exotic garden, the boat trip in the bay of Morlaix with its islets and the seals lying on the rocks, the Pointe de Perharidy which is a marvel, as well as the visit to the island of Batz. The accommodation is very well located, very nice and clean, we appreciate the private parking

Isabelle was super friendly and responsive and the apartment was very clean and tidy. Great shower and a very comfortable bed settee for sleeping. A couple more comfy chairs in the living area would be a bonus.

The accommodation is identical to the listing, clean and healthy! The neighborhood is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. All tourist spots to see are 10 minutes away. Private parking in the courtyard.
