We had a great stay with friends! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well located and perfectly equipped. The quality of the layout and decoration is top notch. The same goes for the outdoor spaces, with terraces all around the house so you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Super clear instructions, and a short message during the stay to know if everything is going well. We fell under the spell of the swimming pool, the wild environment (in the middle of the forest, we could see hares) and this house with typical architecture of the region, enhanced by a high-quality renovation. As architects, we have been able to appreciate the mix between the charm of the old and contemporary functionality. Big plus also for the very high quality bedding. In short, amazing accommodation

We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house and our expectations were far exceeded. The location is perfectly quiet yet central, so we could easily reach everything in the area. The house itself is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and offers plenty of space for a relaxing break. A special highlight was the incredibly back-friendly mattresses - we rarely slept so well!!! It was really relaxing to wake up rested in the morning. A detail that takes the stay to another level. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions. They have thought of everything, from small welcome touches to tips for the area. We really felt at home and were able to fully enjoy the time undisturbed. We would recommend this house to everyone without hesitation! A big thank you to the hosts!

Excellent stay at Franck's. The house matches the photos in every way. Beautiful volumes in the living room/kitchen as well as the master bedroom and the bathroom, which makes it very pleasant to live in. The garden is just as pleasant with its sheltered "pool house" space and barbecues, its garage that allows you to shelter the car from the heat and its wonderful swimming pool. The bedding is excellent and the linen (sheets and towels) smells very good, which is very appreciable. By ventilating the house well in the morning, it stays nice and cool, which was very pleasant during the last few days of intense heat.

This is a real treasure. The scents and impressions that the beautiful garden gives remain in our minds long after we left the accommodation. The children loved the opportunity to swim and the cozy house. The place is incredibly peaceful and the house is well-balanced and comfortable. We would be glad to come back 😍

The place is good for 1 person - for 2 I think too! The place is quiet. I didn't necessarily choose my season well to visit the tourist places 🙃But I was able to enjoy the neighboring cities. The hosting was very nice! Our host is accommodating and available. Happy with my stay which did me a lot of good!

Great stay in an amazing house with kid-friendly hosts. Access to the lake on foot is a real plus. The house is very well equipped and nothing is missing, it's rare these days in Airbnb rentals!! Finally, Alex and Claire were lovely with us the whole stay with lots of tips and suggestions. It's a place we recommend without hesitation and where we'll be happy to come back!

This is a great house, fully equipped. It is much bigger than looks at the photos, has air conditioning which is helpful, and very few houses in the area have it. Kitchen is an equipped with everything you need and more. Mattresses and linens are very comfortable. Beautiful garden, very quiet and peaceful. Anne is a very responsive host, she gave us several recommendations, she was very accommodating. This place is beautiful, designed with a great taste and is highly recommended.

There aren’t enough stars for this property and our host Valerie. Perfect base for a few days commute to and from Nogaro race track. Plenty of local amenities on the way. Beautiful rolling lush countryside. Incredible comfortable, cosy home to come back to every evening. Valerie made our stay unforgettable and we dearly hope to return some time. Thank-you.

Idyllic... Everything is perfectly consistent with the descriptions given and the photos provided, even more (a bonus for the pot of foie gras provided on arrival!) The place is perfect for resting, quiet, the garden is beautiful and maintained, the pool is great, as is the spa, the terrace, etc. The city of Dax is a stone's throw away, shops in the immediate vicinity... Really, that's perfect! Not to mention Vincent, of course, a particularly friendly, accommodating, very responsive host to provide information before departure, welcoming on arrival, and available in case of questions... One of my best experiences via Airbnb, great! Thank you Vincent, and see you in a few months!

Myriam's house is simply wonderful. Very spacious, with a very comfortable master suite (bedroom + giant dressing room + bathroom), a top relaxation area: Sauna & pool, a veranda with professional plancha etc. etc.! Without hesitation, a dream house that we are sad to leave. The small town of Tartas, just next door, offers everything you need, but you should be aware that Bégaar is far from everything and you will have to drive a lot to access the interesting sites of the region. Small pleasant house in a very quiet cul-de-sac, independent access, friendly owners to see again in October November on our next trip to the Landes

What a lovely hideaway in the middle of the woods! You have to know how to get there, but finding it is easy. Very peaceful and calm. The house is very well equipped. Dominique is a great and generous host, very proactive and full of humor. We had a pleasant stay. Every time we took the hidden driveway, we felt like we knew a secret that no one else knew! Highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway.
