Equal distance from downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul, you can get anywhere you want to go in the Bold North.

Explore the historic West 7th neighborhood from the comfort & convenience of this centrally-located private basement studio just south of downtown St. Paul and the Xcel Energy Center. Located just blocks from breweries, trendy restaurants, coffee shops, and more. Enjoy panoramic river and skyline views from the Smith Avenue Bridge across the street. NOTE: The entrance is in our backyard and is on the basement level of our home. You will need to go down a set of 7 fairly narrow, steep steps.

This is an air-conditioned third floor 625 sq.ft. addition to a 1925 duplex. It was built in 2000, has windows on all sides, and no walls except the bathroom. The property is totally fenced, and includes lovely gardens and a front patio, and is located in a quiet neighborhood very near Macalester College in St. Paul. I think it has everything guests would want except a full kitchen. Fortunately, there are many good restaurants and grocery stores, nearby, especially on Grand Avenue.

Not to mention, 8 minutes from the Airport! The South Mpls neighborhood is quite residential, but home to some of the best shops and restaurants in the city.

You’ll have a large bedroom, a private bath, a private kitchenette, as well as a beautiful outdoor seating area! Suite is walking distance from Macalester College, and minutes from local universities, Xcel Center, Allianz Field, and downtown St. Paul. Off street parking.

Our one bedroom garden level suite is a perfect home base as you explore the Twin Cities. Perfect location for exploring the city. Just a 7 minute walk to the lightrail and buses. And a 10-15 minutes drive to Mall of America, airport, the Armory, U.S. Bank Stadium, or downtown Minneapolis. Full living room, bedroom, bathroom, a mini kitchenette located in the laundry room, with free laundry. Guests have private entrance to the space and private parking.
