Had a very nice stay in the accommodation of Christelle & Sebastien. The location is in a beautiful soothing environment and is close to the lake and various cities. The accommodation is clean and has all the facilities you may need. Communication with the hosts was friendly and fast. We definitely recommend this place!

This small, comfortable and stylish apartment is just across the road from the beautiful Lake Leman - you can watch the world go by from the balcony. The apartment is also close to the historic town centre, with its stunning buildings and it is great for public transport links too. We didn't have a car and found travelling around easy. This was my last accommodation at the end of my 75 days travelling around Europe. One of the best for sure! I originally booked for 4 nights, ended up staying 7! Luckly the place was available to do so. Spacious with everything you need. Comfortable bed, good bathroom/shower, good kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal (there is no oven, but a good microwave). Location is unbeatable, so close to everything yet, quiet and peaceful. This whole area is amazing with so much to do! If you have a car, even better. Parking can be tricky but I had no problems finding free parking at the top of town (you can use funiculaire to reach it). In town, free parking between 7pm-9am and on the weekends. Great communication with Sandra.

We are delighted with our stay! Magali gave us clear instructions to retrieve the keys and is available and very responsive. The accommodation is very well located, clean and has everything we needed, as indicated in the listing.

Sandrine and Jean-Mathieu's studio was as described on the site. It is tastefully arranged, is comfortable and quiet. Jean-Mathieu was very responsive when I asked questions, Sandrine and her obviously have the concern that everything is going smoothly for their tenant, I am delighted with my stay. Thank you!

If you are looking for a beautiful apartment in the heart of the city of Evian, look no further and rent this one. It is located in a new quality building, simply but tastefully furnished and perfectly equipped. The parking is very convenient and accessible by elevator from the apartment... but it seems to us, however, preferable not to have a very large vehicle. Note the particularly friendly and attentive welcome from Régina, and her fortunately very precise instructions to get to the building without taking into account the erroneous GPS indications (for now at least). The departure procedure couldn't be simpler. In summary: perfect in every way!

One of those ‘even better than expected’ places on Airbnb. Modern, clean, well designed apartment with amazing views over the lake. Location is great - walkable to a number of lake beaches and the village. Host is super responsive and super helpful! Would 100% stay again! 🤍

Very responsive host even if you are lost because with Apple Maps you have to be careful it takes you to the opposite street. But otherwise, it's great

Our best stay, no doubt. The apartment is a rare gem: located in a recent residence, with underground parking space, close to everything, very bright and comfortable with large terrace with splendid view. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. Communication with Etienne was perfect - very welcoming, responsive and always listening. A big thank you for the welcome, we will definitely be back!

Renata is honestly the most wonderful host we have had on Airbnb. Incredible communication and fantastic tips. The accommodation itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated with a lot of little attentions. Surroundings are incredible too. Little gem with wonderful hosts, a short ride away from Geneva, and in the lovely town of Nyon. A must ! We will be back for sure.

This lovely and comfortable apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The smallest details make your stay as nice as being in a fine hotel: comfortable beds, pillows, extra throw blankets, good quality linens and plush towels. Francois and Capucine are nearby when needed but always discreet and allowed us our privacy. If that is not enough the highlight is the breathtaking views from the deck. The photos do not due justice to the awesome majesty of the mountains. We had many outings planned but only did half of our plans as we only wanted to stay local and to enjoy the views right from the house and nearby Combloux. Combloux is a gem as is Megeve and the proximity to Chamonix makes the location ideal! We will go back with our children and grand children!

Our stay was just perfect – this Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! The accommodation was not only immaculately clean and stylishly furnished, but also extremely well equipped. You can tell that we worked here with a lot of love for detail. The sauna and the jacuzzi are particularly noteworthy - both absolute highlights that made our stay even more relaxing and luxurious. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and available at all times. The location was also ideal – very quiet and perfect for relaxing, yet shopping facilities were easily accessible. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would have liked to stay longer. Very clear recommendation – we will definitely be back!
