Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint Paul

Grove residences is a fantastic property. Hosts on site, owners Paul and Maria, were so helpful, before during and after our stay. The location is ideal, the accommodation immaculate and the view breathtaking. The design of the property is very clever, meaning you have seemingly total privacy despite having up to four neighbours. Would highly recommend (but not for the week we want to return!)

Had a great stay. Amazingly conveniently located for both marinas but far enough away for peace and quiet.

Spacious, clean, modern apartment, lovely bathroom, really comfy massive bed. & the host was so proactive, helpful and friendly. Couldn’t fault anything. 10/10!

This is our second visit to Shayne and Gary’s place because it’s perfect in every way: beautiful, extremely clean unit in a walkable and beautiful area with a great view. The nearby restaurants, which are less than a 5-minute walk away, are excellent: Thai Lemongrass, Colibri, and 5 Senses. Catherine’s Cafe is further away, but we also found it to be excellent. We have already rebooked for next year.

This was our second stay at the Grove Residences. We love Antigua and these apartments. They are modern, hi spec, very clean with beautiful views of the coast . Paul & Maria are wonderful. They are very friendly and helpful and even provided a bottle of fizz on my birthday. We will be back next year.

This beautiful apartment is exactly as described. Gary was very responsive from the time we booked right through greeting us at the door! Fantastic view of Falmouth Harbour and the gorgeous yachts. Easy walking distance to several restaurants and a small convenience store.

We loved our stay - the apartment had everything we needed (it’s better than the pictures!) and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The location was also great - it’s easy to walk to lots of good restaurants and Nelson’s dockyard. We also made good use of the well equipped gym, often followed by smoothies at ‘Diced’ just outside the building. Gary and the Energie team were really friendly and helpful - they went out of their way to improve our stay. If you’re thinking about a booking, go for it!

We had an amazing stay at Kamisiky House! It’s even more beautiful than the photos depict. Gary and Val have created a truly special place. Everything about this home is comfortable and well designed. We loved being close to nature — watching sweet, little birds fly around the property and spotting eagle rays at the private jetty were particularly special. The bedrooms are super comfortable, and we loved listening to all the tropical night sounds that lull you to sleep. The pool and view are absolutely fantastic. And the kitchen has everything you need to cook very comfortably at home (we also really enjoyed takeout from nearby Reggae Village). Valincy, the house manager, is always available by phone and right on time for check-in and check-out (Thank you, Valincy!) The only problem in the end was how sad we were to leave. We will definitely return!

An amazing place for family with lots of room. A veranda for chilled out evenings. The main bedroom was huge! Walkable to English harbour / beaches/shops and restaurants. Jessica was a fantastic host - very responsive. We had a great time here and would definitely come back again!

Jason’s place was peaceful, beautiful & incredibly well-equipped—cooler & umbrella for the beach are excellent touches :) We felt so at home, we happily spent a full day just relaxing & reading in the hammock on the porch. Jason went above and beyond and is truly a gem of a host - answering every question & concern (at sometimes unreasonable hours!), bringing over aloe, honey, even a plate of ducana and saltfish when we were looking to try it. Another lovely surprise: midway through our stay, a cleaner came & we found towels & robes washed, dishes done, & bed made...an unexpected & very welcome perk for an Airbnb! Echoing other reviews, you’ll need a car; ideally 4x4, though we managed with a small one. Half Moon Bay, 8 mins away, is breathtaking—we went daily. One thing we wish we'd had: snorkel gear! The bay has amazing reefs. Driving past English Harbour to the west coast was a bit stressful w/road conditions so this place is best not for constant touring but a peaceful beach trip!

What a wonderful stay we had! Cheri is an outstanding host! She gave us recommendations, checked on us often and was available for any questions we had and was very helpful! The Villa is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. Beautiful, clean, comfortable home, well appointed with everything you need. The pool is perfect for cooling off on a hot day or relaxing in the evening and our kids loved it. We would definitely stay again. Long Bay is a short walk away and beautiful for swimming. The property is private and peaceful and feels homey. 10 out of 10!

Perfect peaceful villa to escape busy day to day life. The sea views are spectacular and is definately the focal point of the villa. Seeing the sunrise and the sunset against the crashing waves is like no other experience. Truly wonderful! Although the inside of the villa could do with some renovations, it did not detract us from having a wonderful family holiday.

I was never the one to write these. I would read reviews and think, “why are they being so extra”. I will have to say Coleen’s property was amazing. Now this is a bitter sweet review because I honestly want to keep this location all to myself but I have to say, everything about the place was so amazing, it was clean, the instructions were spot on and it was one of the best stays ever. During my stay, the island had a schedule power outage for maintenance on the power lines and I had no idea because the property had a backup power system, Coleen literally thought of everything. So please. As much as I want to keep this gem tucked away I have to say. It was an amazing experience.

Great house with the best location on the beach. Only thing - we did not know this is inside and part of a resort with resort routines for checking in and out and coming and going. Charming house and outside deck is top notch!

We absolutely loved our stay at Urika & Daren’s property- so much so we really didn’t want to leave! It is so homely and so very clean! The views over the valley are stunning, the neighbours are really friendly and quiet. Urika was an amazing host, always answered within minutes - although everything was so perfect I had very few questions- gold stars all round for us and would love to stay again - or even move in forever - can’t thank you enough for making our stay perfect - we even added another guest half way through the stay and this was no problem at all - 100% recommend this property 😍

12 Marina Bay is a lovely apartment with fantastic views! The location is great with two beaches and restaurants/bars within walking distance. There are free loungers for the nearest beach. We spent most evenings on the balcony watching the incredible, ever-changing views over the Caribbean Sea and small inlet we were living above. The apartment had everything we needed and Snezana was nearby to help with anything else we required, including a lift to the nearby, well-stocked supermarket. I would not hesitate to recommend this for a vacation.

Spacious, clean apt with relaxing patio view of water. Short 3-min walk to beach restaurants. Car recommended at nights. convenience store also close by. Great time at this place. Sarah was extremely accommodating.

Nosuch Bay Condo was amazing! The condo was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We traveled with 5 adults and an infant. The condo provided us with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, bath and beach towels. We really enjoyed the extra large covered patio with comfortable lounge chairs and full size table to eat and play games outside. The patio overlooked one of the three pools, gorgerous gardens and had an amazing view of the Caribean Sea with the perfect breeze. We were thrilled the condo provided us with a crib and high chair that was exceptionally clean. Communication with Peter was easy and he was quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend this condo.

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful villa just a couple of minutes from the beach and within a 15 minute walk of several great marina side restaurants. The local beach is fantastic, watching the sunset in the evening with a cocktail from Sandra's beach bar was magical and the location of the villa is perfect. We managed to explore much of the island and were left in no doubt that we were staying in the perfect location in terms of the proximity of many of the best beaches on the island. Chelsey and Jenny were very helpful and the accommodation was perfect, we wouldn't have changed a thing. The large deck in particular was fantastic, a lovely place to start and end the day. Hopefully one day we will be lucky enough to return.

This villa is perfectly located right on one of the best beaches in Antigua. The setting is absolutely stunning-just steps from the soft white sand and crystal-clear water. The villa itself is modern, spotless, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There are a couple of restaurants on-site that are convenient and enjoyable, but Gayle also provided some fantastic local recommendations that were absolutely brilliant. Gayle is an amazing host-warm, helpful, and incredibly responsive. She went out of her way to make sure everything ran smoothly, and even accommodated a late check-out due to my evening flight, which I truly appreciated. This place far exceeded my expectations-it's truly heaven on Earth, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Leif is super responsive and intentional with all directions. I enjoyed my time here, I felt safe and well rested. The location was perfect, next door to the beach, restaurants, and other resorts. I had a great time, would recommend!

This home was clean, free of clutter, peaceful, and had an amazing view. we had morning coffee, breakfast, and dinner most nights outside looking at the ocean. Beach and cook shops are about a 15 minute walk, but we often ventured another beaches in the south. A great stay!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Runaway Bay. We got an upgrade to a beachfront apartment which was wonderful. The apartment was perfectly appointed and had everything we could want. The staff were really friendly, especially Jeremiah and Gavin. The beach was beautiful and really quiet. There is a wonderful bar / restaurant right next door. I would definitely recommend.
