Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Saint-Pargoire

I had a great stay at Jean Pierre and Catou's. The accommodation is clean, well-equipped, very quiet although it is in the city, located close to amenities and access to tourist activities in the area is easy. It has always been easy to park on the street. The air conditioning and terrace provide additional comfort. All in all, we could stay there for a long time. Thank you both for welcoming me with my dog and for your availability and kindness!

We had a great time, it's a very nice, soothing, relaxing accommodation, perfect for a wellness break in everyday life.

Chantal is a very responsive hostess, she hosted us very well and she gives you all the info you need for the accommodation, and all the outings to do. She and her daughter are very discreet and you can enjoy the large pool with peace of mind. The accommodation is small but very functional, and a garden that allows you to eat outside. Plaissan is a small peaceful village, with a bakery, as well as a small supermarket to help you out. It is essential to have a car for those who wish to visit the surroundings, as it is very accessible to go to Marseillan, Sète or Montpellier. We had a very pleasant 2 weeks. Thanks to Chantal and her daughter.

And the winner is…….. after approx. 40 Airbnb houses in the last couple of years, this place is number one by far. The house had a head start as it is brand new but on top of this, it is beautiful situated, close to town but still very quiet and very, very well equipped. We have not found anything what you would like to have and was not there. Walking, biking, the area is great and a bakery, butcher and small shop around the corner. The shore a 40-minute drive. Ann is a darling, for sure 24/7 available if you need here but at the same time “invisable”, just great. An Airbnb rating of 5 is great! We however think it should be a 10. Please do go and experience yourself.

An old house of great character with comfortable sitting room and well-equipped but old style farm kitchen. The shaded terrace was excellent for meals outside and the patio in front of the living room’s French doors was great for breakfast in the sun. The setting and scenery are absolutely beautiful and it is possible to do great walks right from the door. Our dog, Jim, was in his element. The house is well located for numerous walks including the Gorges d’Heric and circuits above Olargues and Saint Pons de Thomiere. A car is essential. There is no local shopping but there are supermarkets in Bedarieux and Saint Pons, not too far away. We enjoyed the restaurant ‘le lézard bleu which is close by in Vieussan. Lydia is a very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. An excellent stay we hope to return.

It was a great week for us. The house has a fantastic location between fields. The view was great. Luxurious furnishings in the house. Great for the family. There is a lot of space outside and inside. Very dear hostess. Easy communication. We enjoyed it very much and we will certainly come back. Regards, Katharina

A haven of peace! A sublime building, tastefully renovated and decorated, with a breathtaking view of the countryside. Well-equipped, spacious, quiet rooms and bedding of the best comfort. The pool just downstairs is incredibly well equipped: lots of seating, toilets, very well-equipped kitchen, efficient and pleasant lighting, coffee maker and even dishwasher! A real gem worthy of an architect's magazine! BRAVO and THANK YOU

Isabella’s apartment was exactly what we wanted for 8 nights in Sete. Perfect location in the centre of the town with a wonderful view of the canal from the third floor balcony (the lift was very welcome!), excellent air conditioning and just a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars anyone could wish for. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to a couple wanting a central location in this wonderful, wonderful town.

Stephanie's accommodation is extremely well located, with an extraordinary view of Sète, perfectly quiet, impeccably clean and very well equipped. Everything is there, whether for the bathroom or the kitchen, including a large and appreciable kitchen background. In addition, Stéphanie is very welcoming, available to her tenants for any information whatsoever. Another very appreciable point: you can do everything on foot (or by bike) from her home. So close to the city, with a terrace and a small garden available! Thank you Stéphanie for this excellent stay. We recommend 100%.

a cocoon on the rooftops of Montpellier. This apartment is just perfect. Comfortable bedding, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful and pleasant bathroom. It is bathed in light and the terrace is spacious and comfortably furnished. Everything is done on foot, the location is ideal. I recommend +++, we will come back.

We stayed at Marie-Pierre's place for a wedding in the village. The apartment is located in a real old winemaker's house, tastefully decorated and contains all the necessary equipment. As far as we are concerned, we arrived at night and had a great restful night thanks to very comfortable bedding. Marie-Pierre had thought of some special touches: the coffee maker with filters and coffee for the next day and the laundry area with an iron for the outfits for the ceremony. A great stay to renew to visit the area.

We took a little break. Annie, a warm and incredibly great woman, welcomed us. Despite the language barrier, as we do not speak French, but only English and German, everything went smoothly. She showed us the beach and the apartment, and we immediately felt very comfortable. The apartment is small, sweet and furnished with a lot of love. The neighbors were also all super friendly. I can't report anything negative and am glad to have found this small, sweet apartment. We had cozy days and evenings. We were very happy to use the barbecue area and left our remaining charcoal for the next tenant, in the hope that even more people can enjoy such beautiful evenings there. The departure also went without complications. Thanks again to Annie – I hope to see you again sometime!

Very good welcome from Philippe, he is a host attentive to the smooth running of your stay and available if needed. Still reachable. As for the apartment, in addition to being super well-located, close to the beach, the city center, and the port, it is really very nice, nicely decorated, well equipped and very functional. From the terrace, we saw on dunes (wild), which gives access to a path along the cliffs, overlooking the sea (beautiful) ideal for walks and jogging. We had a great time (far too short), and we would definitely recommend Philippe's apartment. Martine and Pascal

The accommodation is just perfect as described! The pool is clean and it was a lot of fun, especially in the hot weather! Thank you for the accommodation and the friendly treatment.

Everything very easy all the way through from booking to check-out with very informative instructions and communication. Ideal location in the harbour but quiet and cosy inneryard. Very clean and nice in every aspect, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

I spent 5 weeks in the apartment for a training course, it's the cleanest and most pleasant I've tested in 6 months in Montpellier! Recent building, both quiet thanks to the double glazing and yet 5 minutes from the town hall (moulares), well-equipped, good bed (with the mattress topper), beautiful terrace... the host is responsive and understanding, I recommend it!

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

Ideal accommodation for discovering this beautiful city of Sète, tastefully decorated, very clean and quiet. The organization for the arrival is very clear. Access to the parking lot is a blessing given the difficulty of parking in the streets, which are also paid. The only downside would be the narrowness of the shower opening, you have to be quite agile and not too corpulent...
