Come and find refuge in this small country house to recharge your batteries in the middle of the forest, to get away from it all (hiking trails, restaurants, rivers, ponds...). Not far from major roads, it is located 35 minutes from Périgueux, and 10 minutes from Hautefort and Excideuil. Parking is available right next to the house and the garden is enclosed, which can be convenient if you want to bring your little canine companion. The house (60 m2) is on 2 floors + a mezzanine-bedroom.

The chalet brings you calm and relaxation with the spa (heated to 37 degrees all year round) and a swimming pool (unheated) (opening mid-May). The cottage is located in a remarkable site, on the edge of a stream, the property consists of 2 houses: -the cottage, from the 18th century with stones, exposed beams, floor tiles, bread oven. - the Forge d'Ans mill, our residence, overlooks one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the Dordogne. Cars are parked inside the fenced property. The 8-meter by 4-meter salt pool is located on the highest point of the property, with stunning views of the falls and river.

Ideally located in the center of Périgord and all the sites that make it rich, our house called La Cuisine d'Alice, is an old barn converted into a luxurious house. It is an outbuilding of one of the most beautiful estates in Périgord, La Chartreuse du Maine. As in the early 18th century, here everything breathes peace, harmony and beauty. It is the perfect place to recharge and radiate as you discover the beautiful Dordogne-Périgord region.
