The house is adorable - beautifully renovated with all you need (swimming pool, kitchen equipment, pool table, etc). The location is great, directly at the sea-side with hardly any other people, for which it felt like a private beach. Also a nice walk along the shore to Granville. We would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent stay, the mobile home is very well equipped and of good quality in a peaceful residence, many activities are available. The indoor and heated pool is a big plus, as well as the proximity to the beach! Very refreshing for my 4-year-old son and myself, the disconnection was total. We'll be back ☺️

Very pleasant stay in this charming wooden cottage. The calm that reigns in the estate in the middle of nature, surrounded by horses and goats, allows a real disconnection. The indoor, heated pool with shower and toilet is really great and delighted our little girl as much as the parents! Access and departure in total autonomy allows a very comfortable flexibility. Thank you to Anaïs for her sympathy and pleasant exchanges, we will come back!

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home in Normandy! The location is perfect. It's in a quiet neighborhood, nestled in a lively city filled with great restaurants, shops, and just a short drive from beautiful beaches. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the house and its amenities, making us feel right at home. The house itself is impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and exudes luxury. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, and it truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. The amenities are top-notch, with a sauna, hot tub, and pool that were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The whole family had a fantastic time, and these little extras really made our stay special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! If you’re considering a stay in the area, this place comes highly recommended. It truly exceeded our expectations!

We had a very good stay. The place is peaceful! The cottage is very nice, very clean, and the bedding is good quality. The garden is charming! and the children were able to enjoy the pool.

We had a great stay in this house that was really perfect. Everything was impeccable: very clean, well-equipped, nothing was missing. The view was incredible, and direct access to the beach is a real plus that makes all the difference. Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. We had a very quiet and restful 2 night stay in the gite. It was in very tranquil surroundings and perfect if you want to get away from it all, but be within distance of the coast and other attractions. The accommodation was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Claire and her family were extremely friendly and helpful and very proactive in asking if we needed any help & reaching out to offer advice about the locality, etc. We would definitely like to return next time we are in the area.

Very spacious and comfortable house to spend a pleasant stay with friends or family! An effort has been made to decorate the house on the entire ground floor, and it is very pleasant! The floor remains in its original state for now, but the house is clean. The dormitory is amazing for kids! The rooms are huge with comfortable beds and 2 beds of 160! The kitchen, living room and dining room are also spacious. A pleasant veranda... in short, we don't step on each other! The house is on the edge of a busy road, but it didn't bother us, as long as the windows are closed. The garden is small compared to the size of the house. But the beach is a 5-minute walk away. It would be nice to have a bigger fridge or add one because it is really ridiculous given the number of people accepted. In any case, I recommend this rental where we had a great weekend with friends!

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

Very nice accommodation in the old in a peaceful village, close to essential shops. The house with its small exterior is very cozy and can surely be suitable for fairly long stays as well. Monique is very welcoming and will advise you on activities to do in the area.

The space is even more beautiful in real life than in the photo. I recommend taking the time to stroll around the place, enjoying the terrace, the woods and the pond. The proximity of remarkable sites is appreciable. Nathalie's advice, especially for restaurants, was useful to us. Special touches: bouquet of flowers, gift basket, personalized note, champagne glasses at the spa were particularly appreciated. I highly recommend this beautiful accommodation 🤩

Very large renovated house, very bright and very spacious, very easy parking for several cars, access to the sea 300 m away, only small downside, the exteriors are not finished, it lacks a beautiful terrace and the perimeter of the house, but for the price offered, it remains a detail. The apartment is very nicely decorated and a good starting point to explore St. Malo or Dinan. We rode our bikes to Mont Saint Michel from the apartment. The bike path leads through the fields and forests and along the river. We highly recommend the apartment.
