Perfect accommodation for a weekend or a week with family or friends! Melanie is very welcoming, everything is simple and easy! We appreciated the little note on arrival and the clear instructions, flexibility of access with key box. We had a great time in Breville. Warm welcome, services more than met our expectations. We had a lovely stay in Nicolas's house. It was light and spacious for our two families of four, and very well located for the beach, local bakeries, restaurants, shops etc. And there was plenty to do in the local area to fill the week that we were there. One small observation: for those of us who are English and love our tea, a kettle would be helpful :)

We were greeted by the owner of the house. She was very welcoming and explained how the house works. The house is perfectly well equipped and furnished. The sea views are fantastic. The house is perfectly organized to accommodate up to 8 guests. We'll be happy to go back.

This beautiful home is the ideal space to relax and unwind - it’s literally steps from the beach and a short car ride from Granville and other sites. The bedrooms all have windows with views of the water - you can hear the waves as you fall asleep! The back patio also faces the water and has magnificent views of the breathtaking sunsets. Brigitte and Jean Pierre are wonderful and thoughtful hosts. Every detail was considered from check in to leaving some breakfast items and more. Bridget’s recommendation to visit the nearby Lucerne Abbey was a great idea. Thank you for a wonderful stay—we did not want to leave!

Our family weekend went perfectly. Damien is an attentive, flexible, communicative host. Everything is planned for a great stay. The instructions before arrival allow you to prepare everything and know in advance the equipment of the house, it is also extremely well equipped. Attention is also paid to dogs (blanket, bag, bowls). There was nothing wrong with the cleaning when we arrived. The accommodation allows access to the beach in 3 min on foot, and you can reach Granville by the GR in 3.5 km. The house is certainly close to the city center but you feel good there, it is very quiet, peaceful and you do not feel the presence of the neighbors. The whole family found what they were looking for, thank you very much!

Our experience in the property was amazing. Incredible kitchen, tons of space to spread out, lots of toys for the kids, all in a house with a lot of character. really enjoyed staying here.

we were two families of 4 and really enjoyed our stay here. One of our young guys is celiac and our host gave local recommendations and also left a gluten free snack. thanks! Loved the house, huge deck and the hot tub was very relaxing after a long travel day. Great shower, comfy bed and so close to the beach! We spent a lot of time walking on the boardwalk and it was so nice to have a morning run by the sea.

The house is very big and can accommodate a large family. The beds are very comfortable. The terrasse is amazing and the garden is beautiful. The house is located close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Dominique replies immediately. The only downsize is a nearby road with noisy traffic.

We spent 3 wonderful days at Dominique's place! It's a wonderful house with lots of different areas and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We greatly enjoyed the terrace, very sunny and warm. What's also important is that the house is big enough and has good entertainment for those rainy days!

As a family of 12, we all had our own place in the evening. Get together at the Pool and on the terrace during the day. Excellent place also for trips in the area and of course to the sea, or to one of the various good seafood restaurants. Host always available, nothing else to wish for.

We had a great time with the family for the Christmas holidays. The house was perfectly true to the description, as well as the promised view, no disappointment! moreover the house had been decorated for Christmas! the house is large and very warm and really conducive to family gatherings! in addition the hosts are very responsive and friendly , we had a small power outage at 10pm which was fixed very quickly with Sebastien's assistance. The game room and hot tub are really a plus , as well as the large fireplace that allows long cocooning evenings in the living room . We'll definitely be back!

Our family from the US, Wales and London spent 5 amazing nights making memories at this great place! You can walk to the beach in less than 5 mins, walk to city center and great restaurants! I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Normandy area!

Very nice house , very well equipped, perfect for gatherings for families or friends , billiards, foosball , and the pool are great places to have fun together! Large indoor and outdoor tables offer many possibilities to have good meals together and the spacious garden furniture allows you to meet after a good bath or for an apero. The ideal house and all this is close to the sea!

6 of us stayed at Virginie's house, 3 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room for us all and we enjoyed just under two weeks there. The house is modern and very well thought out with modern furnishings and decor. All the amenities you may need are available. The garden is mostly decked with a lovely swimming pool which we all enjoyed. Upon arrival we were met by Virginie and her husband who welcomed us warmly and showed us how everything worked as well as giving us hints and tips for things to do in the local area. Just a short walk away is the beach and the small town with many small shops, bakeries, cafes and a casino. The beach is sandy and great for kids and adults alike. In the surrounding area you are only a short drive away from many activities, zoos, aquariums, theme parks etc. as well as Mont Sant-Michel. In short, a great place to stay in a location with plenty to do.

Very pleasant stay, clean and functional accommodation, well equipped. Nearby walking area ( beaches trails) and many of the nearby tourist sites to visit. Anne-laure friendly and attentive, we recommend it.
