We spent 2 nights at Marc's, everything was perfect: very well-equipped, comfortable... and Marc made himself very available to make our stay as pleasant as possible. A little extra: the sunny terrace to enjoy breakfast in the open air or the barbecue in the evening.

We were delighted with our stay in this beautiful Toulouse house. The accommodation is comfortable and spacious, the environment quiet and pleasant. We warmly recommend this rental!

The house was perfect for our visit to Toulouse. While we had a few wrong turns driving there, once we found it there was a parking space right in front which was very helpful. Dominique and Alain were the most charming hosts! They greeted us warmly and despite our language challenges did a great job of showing us the house and appliances. It is fully equipped, spacious, comfortable and spotless. We loved the walk along the Garonne river into the old town and enjoyed eating on the terrace overlooking their charming garden. Having the ability to do laundry, with a dryer, was also a plus. Dominique was very responsive to questions. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Visiting for a wedding, we enjoyed the quiet of the studio. Having a view of the garden from the living room and being able to enjoy the tranquility while drinking coffee with the birds was very pleasant. Marie is very friendly and accommodating. For a quiet little break 25 minutes from Toulouse, I recommend you go there.

We had a pleasant stay in Toulouse. The accommodation is clean and well located and has a small courtyard for parking. The neighborhood is nice, and an excellent pizzeria is located just opposite. Recommended

Absolutely wonderful stay!! Apartment was so lovely and everything was brand new. The spa tub was *amazing* along with great extra touches like spa bathrobes. I stayed during an unusually hot few days in Toulouse and was concerned about the lack of air conditioning, but there was a powerful fan that kept me very cool. Would stay here again!!

A great apartment: clean, well-equipped, spacious and with very comfortable bedding, we felt great for our short stay in Toulouse! The secure parking space is a real plus in this neighborhood where parking is paid. The neighborhood is conveniently located between the city center and universities/science campus. With all the necessary shops and the Saint-Agne metro less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment, it is really a perfect location, to come and pass contests or for a sightseeing tour of the city! Communication with Cúc was perfect! Kindness, responsiveness, clear instructions and self check-in possible...really Cúc deserves his Superhost status! Thanks again for the stay;-)

Ideally located accommodation close to transport that leads to the city center fairly quickly Impeccable and large accommodation in a very quiet residence. We recommend this accommodation which is perfect for a family of 4-5 people because it is relatively large.
