We spent 2 nights at Marc's, everything was perfect: very well-equipped, comfortable... and Marc made himself very available to make our stay as pleasant as possible. A little extra: the sunny terrace to enjoy breakfast in the open air or the barbecue in the evening.

Fantastic peaceful location. We stayed here for 2 nights to recharge whilst driving from the UK to Spain. It was exactly as described. The rooms were great, upstairs very comfortable and the views were lovely. Unrestricted hot tub time was a bonus considering we arrived at 11pm after a long day of driving. The pool was refreshing, not heated but it wasn’t needed as it was the perfect temperature. Very innovative. Only one remark: The key to the property was supposed to be an electric tag but they hadn’t told us this was not working and due to be fixed. Therefore when we went out for the day we had to leave the property unlocked. Obviously concerning but the location was very safe. I’m sure others would remove one star due to this, but there was so many positives about this place it would be unfair to lower the rating.

Very nice accommodation that matched the listing well: clean, functional and located in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the simplicity of the welcome and the communication with the host, which was clear and efficient. Special mention for the pool and spa, which were really great! Perfect for relaxing after a good day. Our dog was also well accepted, which was a real plus for us. The surroundings offer good spaces for beautiful hikes.

Nicola is a wonderful host and the little cottage is charming - squeaky clean, tastefully decorated and in a gorgeous and tranquil location walking distance from Montrbrun-Bocage with its wonderful old-fashioned bakery, organic shop, renowned market, hammam etc. The kitchen is well-equipped and Nicola kindly provides the basics for cooking (salt, olive oil, vinegar sugar etc). I highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our visit to Toulouse. While we had a few wrong turns driving there, once we found it there was a parking space right in front which was very helpful. Dominique and Alain were the most charming hosts! They greeted us warmly and despite our language challenges did a great job of showing us the house and appliances. It is fully equipped, spacious, comfortable and spotless. We loved the walk along the Garonne river into the old town and enjoyed eating on the terrace overlooking their charming garden. Having the ability to do laundry, with a dryer, was also a plus. Dominique was very responsive to questions. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Wonderful house with private swimming pool with good and stable internet to have the possibility to be able to work. The village is very close for shopping and the nice local market on Saturday morning. Marie-Claire and her husband are super friendly helpful people who give you all the privacy you need. Recommended.

Bright, sunny and charming apartment. Small but well planned, so feels spacious. I like the area, just by the river and the university. Mina was the perfect host, really helpful and friendly. Easy five stars, would happily stay again!

Everything was as described, very charming apartment. The location is really great for everything on foot or by metro/bus because the stop is 2 min away. There are a lot of restaurants, shops, a supermarket. If you want to be in the heart of Toulouse then this accommodation is perfect!

We stayed in a different apartment than this listing, but on the same street. It was gorgeous. It's the most immaculate place we've stayed in France, as well. We were able to park a couple of blocks away on the street. There were stairs, which were fine for us but may be difficult for others. It's right in the heart of the old part of Castanet Tolosan, close to a delicious bakery and restaurant. I highly recommend it!

Second stay for me in this practical, clean and pleasant accommodation. Independent check-in and check-out are a real plus. The secure residence is also appreciable. Perfect if you want to stay in peace on the outskirts of Toulouse.

We had a great stay at Stéphane and Michel's in Toulouse! The apartment was impeccable, very well located, and above all very pleasant to live in, we slept like babies. A big thank you to them for their warm welcome and flexibility for our arrival. A little extra that was very much appreciated: the delicious muffins that were waiting for us when we arrived! We absolutely loved this property. The location is ideally located just across from a beautiful park and botanical garden. Very quiet, very safe. Lots of families and close to restaurants, cafe's, etc. The entire apartment was spotless from the kitchen, to the bathroom, furniture, linens, floors, etc. It felt like we were the first ones to stay there. The private rooftop terrace was such a nice place to relax in the evenings. The private garage parking was also a very nice feature, but unfortunately, we booked a larger rental car (BMW X3) and although it fit, I personally wasn't comfortable getting into the narrow entrance so ended up parking on the street. That said, next time in Toulouse, we will rent a smaller car! The hosts were fantastic - the personal check-in is such a nice feature and helpful to really get to know the property. Thank you Brune and Audrey for a wonderful long weekend in Toulouse. I hope we are lucky enough to come back!

Jennifer was the best host, making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The apt. is located near everything. And the people of Toulouse are a gracious, friendly people. If you don't speak French in Toulouse, dont worry. Most locals either speak English or Spanish so very easy to get around town. I highly recommend Jennifer's apt. for short or long stay in beautiful Toulouse.

The accommodation is very well located: between the train station and the capitol. Small accommodation very well furnished, well maintained, with a comfortable bed. I will try to rent it again when I return to Toulouse...

Absolutely wonderful stay!! Apartment was so lovely and everything was brand new. The spa tub was *amazing* along with great extra touches like spa bathrobes. I stayed during an unusually hot few days in Toulouse and was concerned about the lack of air conditioning, but there was a powerful fan that kept me very cool. Would stay here again!!

If you wish to get the most of your visit to Toulouse, stay at David’s place. It is near every important site and excursion meeting point! The place is comfortable and has both restaurants and grocery stores very near. David is a great host: very responsive and understanding. I recommend!

Fantastic location to access all areas of the beautiful Toulouse on foot. We were grateful for the car space however hang on to keys until you exit the garage! :-) Thank you Issam for a pleasant apartment stay.

Both in the heart of the vibrant St Cyprien district and yet in a quiet setting, this accommodation is excellent and perfectly in line with the description. I would highly recommend it.

2 nd stay at Florence where we enjoy coming 😊 the accommodation has a private parking space, it is clean, functional, modern 😊 an address that we will recommend to our friends and family, since we are settling in Toulouse 😊

Excellent accommodation, very easy to access. The accommodation is clean, it smells good, you can find everything you need, I loved staying there, you can go there with your eyes closed!
