Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Nazaire-d'Aude

A lovely property in a beautiful, tranquil location. The house was clean and comfortable with air conditioning in every room - a real bonus in soaring temperatures. The outside space is a short walk away from the house with a shady pergola and a nice swimming pool. Helene was on hand if we needed anything but the house felt private. The area is beautiful with medieval villages and castles within a short drive. Excellent value for money too.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous and spotless home (the photos are great but don't do justice to how beautiful it is). We wanted for nothing, the apartment is really well equipped and furnished. Ghislaine is a great host and very welcoming. Highly recommended.

An old house of great character with comfortable sitting room and well-equipped but old style farm kitchen. The shaded terrace was excellent for meals outside and the patio in front of the living room’s French doors was great for breakfast in the sun. The setting and scenery are absolutely beautiful and it is possible to do great walks right from the door. Our dog, Jim, was in his element. The house is well located for numerous walks including the Gorges d’Heric and circuits above Olargues and Saint Pons de Thomiere. A car is essential. There is no local shopping but there are supermarkets in Bedarieux and Saint Pons, not too far away. We enjoyed the restaurant ‘le lézard bleu which is close by in Vieussan. Lydia is a very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. An excellent stay we hope to return.

We felt at home. we had peace and quiet, not far from very beautiful places like Carcassone, Narbone, Minerve, various caves,... The welcome couldn't have been better, with that apple cake they made for us... Thank you very much for everything Nadine and Jean Claude

We had a great stay at Catherine and Joël's! Their welcome was very warm, they are available and very friendly while remaining discreet. It felt like home:) The accommodation is very clean, well decorated and we found everything we needed. The air conditioning and the pool are real pluses! This accommodation is also very well located, both for nearby shops and for visiting the region. Go without hesitating! Thanks again Catherine and Joël for this great stay!

The property is huge, very peaceful. The kitchen has got a lot of utensils and crockery. Bathrooms are big, clean and modern (water pressure could be better though). The location is great, a few minutes walk to local amenities (bakery, supermarket, restaurants). we really enjoyed our stay there and would gladly come back. The heated pool was appreciated. The barbecue is great.

We were here with our dog for two nights. The hosts Franck and Sophie were very friendly and warm. We felt very welcome and at home with friends. Everything was uncomplicated and relaxed, even with our dog. The apartment was great and offered everything we needed. The location and surroundings are fantastic. Franck had a perfect restaurant tip for us. We can highly recommend this place. ____ We stayed here for two nights with our dog. The hosts, Franck and Sophie, were charming and warm. We felt very welcome and at home with friends. Even with our dog, everything was uncomplicated and relaxed. The apartment was great and had everything we needed. Looks exactly like the photos and super convenient to town. The city center, many restaurants and Les Halles are all walkable making this a great choice for exploring Narbonne. AC and WiFi worked very well and the parking spot is assigned to the unit, so no searching! If you’re driving a car larger than a standard European-size car, the spot may be a bit tight but I had no issue with my rental car. Thank you Karyne for being a responsive, proactive host too!

We were delighted to stay at Martine's place which is very friendly and very accommodating. The accommodation is very comfortable, very clean, well arranged and decorated. There's nothing missing. We stayed there as part of our bike route on the Canal du Midi and appreciated the proximity to the accommodation and the canal, enjoying a place where we were able to rest well and walk around Roubia very pretty village, quiet, pleasant with a restaurant bar grocery store where we ate very well. Very close to the property, after a day of cycling, it's appreciated! A big thank you to Martine for allowing us to make a nice stop at her place.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment recently for three nights. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Check in and out was straight forward using keypad facilities for both the building door and apartment door. The apartment is located on a quiet street, however our first night coincided with a musical event so not as quiet as envisaged. It is very modern, clean, well equipped and its a short walk to the castle. We would certainly recommend it for a short stay in Carcassonne.

Apartment matches the listing and the description. Very nice bedding. Rather quiet neighborhood, a little out of the way. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Parking is secure. Check-in instructions are clear and accurate. Pierre Marie is welcoming, available and responsive. Accommodation to recommend!
