Very beautiful villa, even prettier than in the photo, which allowed us to have a wonderful family stay. Very good support from Hossegor Villas, it makes you want to come back :)

Sandra was a fantastic host greeting us by producing lovely meat, cheese, wine and beer in the bar area. She was contactable throughout our stay and has been helpful sorting out something for me since we left. The property is amazing with 5 bedrooms and several bathrooms/WCs. We used the pool and hot tub every day along with the games room containing a pool table and bar with a fridge and dishwasher. The rear garden is huge and the is a petanque court and table tennis table. There is generous outside space to eat (there were 9 of us) helped by a good sized gas bbq. The kitchen has loads of space with many of the cupboards full of items to be used. The nearest supermarkets (Intermarche & Carrefour) are both a few minutes drive with Carrefour offering low costs fuel. It is a relatively short drive to Bayonne which is a lovely town astride a river with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops with pretty good car parks available. Overall a lovely villa with a fantastic host.

Very clean apartment located in a very quiet residence very well maintained with a very nice pool. 2 real bedrooms one on the ground floor and the other on the floor. Bunk beds are in the hallway. We found the bedding too firm for our taste. Carole and Charlene are very kind, responsive and accommodating. We recommend this place

Great location close to the beach and under shady trees in a quiet neighborhood. The place is fully equipped, you can tell that Christelle and Benoit have a lot of experience. It's also great that breakfast for the first morning was already provided by Christelle and Benoit, so you can enjoy the vacation from the first minute.

We are a deaf family, we spent 6 days in this beautiful chalet with modern decor, the place is green, private, ideal for resting and relaxing with the jacuzzi ;) Fabienne and Jean-Noël are kind and pleasant, they are very attentive to us, we highly recommend it without a second thought!!!

Authentic house in a very quiet environment without neighbors. Very pleasant stay in a beautiful region with many walks for those who like to hike with elevation. House very well located close to Biarritz, Spain, the ocean and the main Basque villages... We'll be there again.

Virginie's accommodation is very well equipped. We made a stop in Tartas with our bikes, which we put in the garden and it was perfect. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Good family stay in this charming house. The location of the residence is really very good, we particularly appreciated the traffic ban on cars (if only for the safety of children, often on bicycles), the proximity of the bike paths (at the exit of the residence!) to the lake and the beaches, the amenities of the residence (swimming pool, mini golf, tennis, etc.) AND the house! And we feel that our host really cares about facilitating our arrival, our stay and our departure!

Hello, we had a great stay in this small apartment, which is very clean, well arranged and very quiet. In addition, very complete in kitchen equipment etc... nothing is missing. In addition, the accommodation is located not far from the beach, 10 minutes' walk and not far from shops as well. Thanks to Vincent for hosting us.

Very nice stay. Listing was as described. The small garden and terrace are a real plus when you come with a dog. The proximity to shops and the beach while having the quiet of the neighborhood was very appreciable.

A great stay. The accommodation is surrounded by trees that bring a pleasant freshness with the possibility of being in the shade or in the sun, with a view of the trees. The bike paths (Vélodysée) right next door allow you to visit the surroundings safely. The ocean is a few minutes (walk) from the accommodation and the beaches are huge with few people at this time (early, mid-June). We were very well received by Christelle and Philippe who gave us a lot of information about the places to visit and life in the Landes. We even had the visit of the chickens right next door :). A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

We had a wonderful week at this lovely place, full of 70s charm. Everything has its own style — slightly dated, but very well maintained and in great condition. We stayed with four children under the age of two, and they truly had the time of their lives. The garden is a highlight, with both sunny and shady spots under beautiful old trees — perfect for little explorers. The pool was still a bit cool at this time of year, but ideal for a refreshing dip. We also brought a small baby pool, which worked perfectly for the toddlers. There’s a barbecue, and the location is fantastic: great for walks, stroller-friendly, and just a 15-minute walk to the beach with 2 nice beach restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

Very peaceful accommodation in the forest, close to all shops, beach. it is well placed in the holiday village, no noise, tranquility guaranteed. Although it's a small vacation home, Magdalena thought of everything! Small decorative items, kitchen utensils, a hair dryer, etc. The bedding is comfortable and clean. The accommodation is really functional, well located in the campsite, 10 min walk (with a two-year-old) from the activities offered. We went in June when the nights are still cool, but the nearby forest should allow you to not be too hot even in summer.
