Family-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Médard-d'Aunis

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

We had a wonderful week. Fred and Sabrina could not have made us feel more welcome. Would highly recommend this for a couple looking for a relaxing break close to many areas of interest. Every need was catered for and more and went way beyond our expectations. Very nice people.

Words cannot describe how peaceful and relaxing our stay was at Patrice’s home. Our dogs absolutely loved the big backyard and my husband and I loved being in such a cozy and comfortable home. Very pleasant stay, the house is located on the edge of the SEVRE which brings a very pleasant view from the sunrise with beautiful landscapes. We took advantage of their proximity to a getaway to the FUTUROSCOPE and the PUY DU FOU, the latter being breathtaking. Our host is very friendly, available. In conclusion, we had a very pleasant stay. We recommend this property.

We had a splendid time at Emmanuel's place. Our family of five stayed for a week and felt right at home. The house had all we needed to feel comfortable, and it was very clean. We loved the beautiful garden in particular. Also, the location is great. It's a very pretty residential neighborhood, in close walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and all the central port area has to offer. Wish we had stayed longer! We had a wonderful time, and we would gladly return to Marie and Emmanuel's place and to La Rochelle.

We spent 3 days in Annie's accommodation, very nice and being a golfer, very well located for the Rochefort Ocean golf course. Annie is very welcoming and warm. I really recommend her little house.

We had a great time thanks to Patricia and Joel's absolutely exceptional cottage…! We had 3 children under 5 and everything was suitable and made for them: games for each of their ages, books, a small desk to be able to draw and tinker, board games, puzzle. But above all the garden was beautiful and also did not lack activities for children with the treehouse, trampoline and swings... The bikes left at our disposal were a real luxury, and allowed us to discover all the surrounding paths! The kids (and parents too!!) were particularly touched by their little surprise/checkout gift! Another huge thank you for these small touches, for your discretion and kindness. We treasure the address and recommend 200%!

We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good advice even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a great stay at the cottage, perfectly suited for our family. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and ideally located about fifteen minutes' drive from La Rochelle, making it a perfect starting point for discovering the region and the island of Ré. Special mention for the pool, which the children loved! But above all, a big thank you to the hosts for their warm welcome, their availability and their great kindness. We would definitely recommend this listing!

We had a great time in a well equipped, pleasant, comfortable, quiet and very well suited for families with dogs (large and perfectly enclosed grounds). We were very well received by our hosts, always available and good advice for walks nearby. Great weekend with the family.

A very good stay at Brigitte's, who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easy to access and close to the center of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. Very nice house, pleasant, comfortable, well decorated and well equipped. The outside is as beautiful as the inside. Very friendly welcome from Estelle, which doesn't spoil anything. Remote village but not far from the beaches and La Rochelle. I recommend it.

It was an excellent stay at Nicolas'! The residence is very pleasant, quiet, charming, well located to access the village of La Flotte on foot easily, close to the waterfront. We had a hot time and the apartment, shutters closed, remains cool. The pool is a great plus. The exchanges with Nicolas were very cordial. He is responsive, accommodating, and gives valuable local and practical information. The studio is well arranged, with nice decoration, good bedding, all the necessary dishes and the flowery terrace is ideal for having breakfast outdoors. ☀️ The table set on our arrival gives a touch of hospitality that we appreciated. We'll be happy to go back!
