Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint-Malo-de-Guersac

Lovely apartment in the center of town. We could park the car close by since it’s in a car restricted area. The apartment is charming and very comfortable beds, spotless clean and practical kitchen utensils. The area is close to restaurants and shops. We got great recommendations by the owner about local attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

Berengere was a fabulous host and personally welcomed us to the rental unit and came for the check out. She was extremely responsive to questions I sent in advance of our stay about things like parking options and a restaurant reservation, and remained in touch during our stay. We are English speakers and Berengere was fluent in English. The flat is terrific, centrally located in the old part of Vannes. It is very spacious and comfortable, with an extremely well stocked kitchen with modern appliances as well as laundry machines. The front of the flat faces a pedestrian street that can be lively during tourist season, but the flat has new insulated windows that buffer street noise and the main bedroom is on the back side and very quiet. Berengere's hospitality and lovely flat made for a great stay in Vannes!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée dans un appartement très bien situé, très bien aménagé et très fonctionnel. Résidence au calme sous les pins et à proximité du remblais. La description est tout à fait fidèle à la réalité. Corinne et Richard sont d excellents hôtes. Nous recommandons leur location dans laquelle nous n hésiterons pas à retourner si possible.

" Le coups de coeur de nos vacances" Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jean-Yves. L'appartement est très bien équipé, et très agréable à vivre. Nous avons adoré prendre notre café sur la terasse le matin au soleil. La déco est chic et élégante et Jean-Yves nous a donné des recommandations dés notre arrivée. L'ascenseur et la place de parking sont un petit plus. Si vous êtes de passage dans le coins nous vous conseillons le petit resto Thaïlandais à 3 km. My thailand. Le curry vert y est succulent.

Laurent's place is in a great location, easy to walk to most parts of Nantes, but is also in a very peaceful quiet area of the city. 15 minutes walk to Ile De Nantes, 30imutes to train station, 10 minutes to centre ville. the bathroom is amazing with a spacious shower. the cooking facilities are enough to make simple meals which you can enjoy on the balcony. the bed is very comfortable and we got a great sleep! the record player is a bonus as we bought lots of new music but could also listen to Laurent's collection. there is a great Boulangerie and small super market just 1 minute walk away with a great selection of fresh food. code access to all doors is so easy and no worry about losing the keys! would stay again and recommend to friends.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le logement. Il est conforme aux photos et à la description. Réactif et disponible ! Avec une arrivée et un départ autonomes grâce a des instructions claires. Petit + pour les recommandations des lieux à fréquenter 😊 Je recommande !

Un excellent séjour chez Philippe ! Le logement est impeccable et très bien équipé . Philippe est un hôte réactif, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. L’emplacement est calme tout en étant proche des commodités. Je recommande vivement !

Belle maison moderne, endroit très calme, et proche de la plage de sainte marguerite. Belle piscine, les prestations sont tout à fait conformes à ce qui est annoncé. Vraiment un chouette séjour.

Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

Notre séjour a été un réel coup de cœur ; de l’île de noirmoutiers mais aussi de cette magnifique maison proposée par Marc et son épouse , très serviables et à notre écoute, merci à eux ! Le logement est idéalement situé , très confortable et cocooning. Bravo pour la belle déco ! Tout se fait à pieds ou à vélo , de vraies vacances . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir , c’est certain .

Sehr sauberes Appartement mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Das Appartement ist ruhig gelegen mit eigenem Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zu Fuß sind es nur 10 Minuten bis zum Hafen von Vannes und von dort nur noch wenige Minuten bis zur Altstadt. Die Vermieterin hat schnell auf etwaige Anfragen reagiert und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Ich hoffe, wir haben die Gelegenheit nochmals vorbeizukommen.

Randy est un super hôte réactif, courtois, aimable, accueillant. Le logement est au dernier étage d'un immeuble très calme et bien situé que nous recommandons bien entendu ...

Studio conforme à la description, parfait pour deux personnes Idéalement situé, tout se fait à pied du logement : remblai de la Baule, port du Pouliguen, commerces de proximité, restaurants Pas de place de parking privé, mais on trouve facilement et gratuitement une place de stationnement dans la rue. petit bémol : Local vélo encombré - difficile voir impossible de mettre les vélos en sécurité

Merci à Vincent pour son accueil chaleureux et son sens du service ! Son appartement n'est pas comme il le dit avec humilité "bien équipé" mais parfaitement équipé. et quelle générosité : petit cadeau de bienvenue, tout ce qu'il faut pour préparer une vinaigrette, sachet neuf de dosettes senseo, éponges neuves, savonnettes neuves... bref, on peut se rendre chez Vincent sans rien prévoir ! Que du bonheur ! et l'emplacement est excellent ! Très calme, à 5 minutes à pied d'une promenade au bord de la baie de Conleau.
