Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a bit of conversation with ease. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful moor. The coast is amazing! Finally, the swimming pool, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a slightly sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). We had a pleasant stay In Erquy. The location and services are of quality. Only shadows on the board, the basement of the house is also rented without the listing specifying it, and we have not had hot water the last 2 days without the problem being solved.

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. If someone guides you then that is fine. We will definitely be back! Thank you Delphine, your place rocks! 😎🇫🇷🙏🏻☀️ xxx

We had a fantastic stay in Stephanie’s very sweet cottage. It’s moments from the centre of town but very secluded and peaceful and the front garden is a lovely spot to take sit in the evenings. The apartment is small but well maintained and equipped and the space is perfect for a small family. The kids slept upstairs in the attic room on two single mattresses with lots of books and games to keep them occupied. The main bedroom is small but cosy. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking and the dishwasher is a handy addition. Dinard is a lovely town and the restaurants very child-friendly and laidback. Stephanie was great throughout, communicative, and even offered us an early check-in which was very handy. We will definitely be back, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very spacious and functional house. Very bright house, and probably very well insulated, because the temperature has always remained cool, even on very sunny days. Perfectly matches the description and photos presented. Very quiet neighborhood, and access, a few minutes walk, to the beach, allowed us to take many walks with our dogs, at any time. Well exposed garden, ideal with comfortable deckchairs. We fully enjoyed these few days of relaxation, and we warmly thank Adrienne for her availability, and her desire to give us the best advice, when it was useful to us. Beautiful bright house, everything is new, clean, well maintained, well equipped. We stayed with our baby and he particularly enjoyed the high chair. Everything is easily accessible on foot, with the stroller. However, the house is located on a busy street, a little noisier at night. But a big plus for parking!

Our family of four had a fantastic time. The home is very big and everything has been thought of with the design and kitting out of the place. The outside barbeque area was a real boost and we used it for several meals. The garden is huge, our kids enjoyed playing football on the lawn. Around 15 mins to the beach. We found it took around 50 mins to get to St Malo, but it was worth the trip. Laurent and Jocelyne communicated well before and during our stay when we had queries. We will be back.

What a lovely stay! Beautiful quiet house. We stayed 3 days, so we couldn't enjoy and see everything this beautiful region has to offer but we will surely come back! The house is perfect for two with a hot tub to end the day after 16km of walking. Everything is very clean, well thought out and really very charming. A big thank you to Anne for the availability. Excellent stay. Very nice accommodation, functional, very well equipped, close to all amenities, beaches on foot or by bike. We were able to meet Philippe who took the time to greet us and check that everything was okay for us.

This house is perfect for a stay in Dinard. Everything is within easy walking distance - the beach is a 5 minute stroll and the town only 15/20 minutes. There is even a free bus just around the corner! There are excellent bakeries and restaurants near by and there are plenty in the centre of Dinard too. The house is immaculate and although there were only two of us, it would also be ideal for a family. The owners responded very promptly and gave great advice. We spent our days walking around the headland, eating, drinking and having a wonderful time - this is France at its best. Thank you so much for facilitating a wonderful stay.

What a wonderful place to stay - if you’re looking for a unique place to stay that is quiet and so relaxing, this is your spot. The hosts are so friendly with wonderful recommendations, and the house is exactly as described. The hosts were so accommodating to the times we needed and even when flight and rental car delays occurred, they were flexible to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

Beautifully tastefully decorated house, very spacious and functional. Everything was in new condition and very clean. Ideal for two couples. Nice little private terrace with BBQ area, unfortunately with a little traffic noise inside the village but not disturbing. Area is beautiful . There are pretty coastal villages not too far away. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely week at this property. It was stylish, well equipped and maintained to a much higher standard than many of the French homes we have rented in France over many years!! The garden was lovely with plenty of shade during what was a very hot and beautiful week for us, and it was so quiet in the evenings that we spent a lot of our time out there eating and drinking and listening to music. The property is just on the outskirts of Saint Briac, and is reached by some narrow lanes, and so we used the car to get to the village amenities and the promenade on the coastal road which was a delight for walkers and cyclists. Very beautiful scenes of the coast and the boats, and Saint Briac has a lovely bar as well as a range of shops and of course boulangeries!! Marine was so friendly and helpful, and she wanted us to enjoy our time at her home and we certainly did. We hope to return.

We had a lovely stay at Annick's with our two kids who loved the house. This one is ideally located in the heart of Saint Lunaire, right in front of the sea (with just this slight inconvenience of being able to experience some noise disturbances on summer evenings, when the youth on vacation have fun in the cafe next door). Tastefully and original (this is not one of these standard airbnb listings where everything is new and sanitized), we felt right at home. And Annick was a really thoughtful and thoughtful host. She went above and beyond to make our vacation easier. Thanks again!
