Nice place right on the beach and near restaurants. Provided a pack and play for our toddler. Note two showers (no tub) but one toilet.

We highly recommend Didier’s flat and the neighbourhood. Didier was responsive and helpful with our questions and easy to get in touch with. His guidebook is a great resource and made it easy for us to shop, eat and sightsee. We can’t say enough about this area: very walkable, close to parks and beaches and some of the best shopping! The apartment - bright - offers a breathtaking view of the sea. It is ideal for enjoying Saint-Malo and its surroundings. Marie allowed us to access the apartment earlier and gave us good advice. Recommended without hesitation!

Excellent stay. Very nice accommodation, functional, very well equipped, close to all amenities, beaches on foot or by bike. We were able to meet Philippe who took the time to greet us and check that everything was okay for us.

Very spacious and functional house. Very bright house, and probably very well insulated, because the temperature has always remained cool, even on very sunny days. Perfectly matches the description and photos presented. Very quiet neighborhood, and access, a few minutes walk, to the beach, allowed us to take many walks with our dogs, at any time. Well exposed garden, ideal with comfortable deckchairs. We fully enjoyed these few days of relaxation, and we warmly thank Adrienne for her availability, and her desire to give us the best advice, when it was useful to us. Beautiful cottage, with beautiful garden, next to the church, in the middle of Saint Suliac. Everything we needed was there, we enjoyed the peace. Saint Suliac is beautiful, there was a supermarket and a bakery nearby. There were also several restaurants within walking distance. The crêperie around the corner is highly recommended

Beautiful bright house, everything is new, clean, well maintained, well equipped. We stayed with our baby and he particularly enjoyed the high chair. Everything is easily accessible on foot, with the stroller. However, the house is located on a busy street, a little noisier at night. But a big plus for parking!

Great weekend spent in this charming studio, very clean, quiet and functional. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach and shops (2 bakeries, delicatessen, pharmacy, restaurant, kiosk, etc.). A great place to discover the area!

The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience to the terrace with a lot of opposite but overall we are very satisfied!

Very nice apartment with a superb view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we will come back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the very practical box. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

The accommodation is faithful to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence that overlooks the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the original owner of the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.
