Nice and quiet place close to Paris. The train Comunication is fast and often and the house was perfect for our family (parents + three kids).

It was the same as the photos, and the hosts were also very friendly! I had a very comfortable stay without any cleanliness or lack of anything. The host strictly controls the entrance and exit doors, so privacy is guaranteed! It's also close to Gogh Village, so I highly recommend it to those who are planning a nearby trip!!💜

My first Airbnb rental, during my first trip to Europe… 🥹 First of all, my host made me so comfortable, from searching for the place I wanted to rent to the last day. They were quick to respond, and left instructions for the house that made everything easy and convenient. And the house? Well Auvers is beautiful on its own, but this home was so enchanting! I felt like I had walked into a storybook. Nothing over the top, just cozy and comfortable and welcoming. And the location was good too.. was able to walk throughout the entire village. I would happily stay here again.

The apt was incredible and Julien was a great host. He left little surprises throughout the apt for us and even left us a parting gift. The neighborhood was very family friendly and it was great for late evening walks to cool off. Apt had everything we could have possibly needed and Julien was even able to accommodate our early check in time. Highly recommend staying here is you are visiting Paris!

Very quiet and safe place. The house is large and close to a large market (20-minute walk). There is a bus stop in front of the house that takes you to the main train stations. Easy to make check in. Sofiane responded quickly to all messages. The stay was excellent overall. Only three things bothered us (and I think it is necessary to warn the next residents): the house is clean but the building is not clean and so there are many cockroaches that enter the house. Basic products such as dish soap, laundry detergent, seasonings (only salt), toilet paper (only one for 30 days) were not provided. It was the first Airbnb that did not provide these items (I had to pay for the bath gel and shampoo, which were the only ones provided afterwards). Finally, a heater is advertised in the house but we were informed that it only works in winter, but in other seasons it is very cold at night and the duvet is thin (we had to sleep in thick clothes).

Paulo is fantastic and kind. I would stay with him again. Highly recommend for those wanting to be outside of Paris but still accessible.

Overall we had a great experience staying here. We are a couple that stayed for one week. It is just as described and looks just like photos. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station which we found to be really easy/helpful to get around for our first time in Paris. Wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to get the Netflix up and working for us. Very kind and attentive.

We had the pleasure of spending 4 days here. The apartment is bright, friendly and very well located, the metro and shops are within walking distance in a few minutes. The balcony is a highlight. We were traveling by car and two bicycles, the underground garage in the house had enough space for everything. Thank you for your hospitality, 5 stars!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Super clean, Mathieu was super responsive and friendly, and it was a great spot for being very near Paris but not quite in paris, so much quieter.
