Family-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Leu-la-Forêt

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

We had a wonderful week at the house. Sandrine and Willy went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We travelled with 6 toddlers, and the house and grounds were safe, private and brilliant for a relaxing week away. Couldn’t recommend the house more. Beautiful house in which 3 generations have spent excellent moments. The setting is peaceful, beautiful and magical (better than in the photos). The house is very comfortable, very well-equipped and very clean. We'll be happy to go back. Thank you Esther and Daniel.

Very nice short stay with family . Very welcoming, smiling and friendly host. Proposed hot tub, pool and jeep tower to take a ride through the forest. Charming little house isolated from the eyes of others but not far from the hosts in case of problems which is very good . Opportunity to walk and meet the goats and horses which made our 3-year-old daughter happy. Possibility to shop not too far away and next to some nice places to do. Beauvais Cathedral/Saint Paul Park… We recommend this small place of charm and calm . We wish Philippe and his family well and lots of beautiful things .

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. We had a great stay! Very nice neighborhood with good restaurants and close to the metro. The apartment was super nice, cute and charming. Would definitely stay there again.

Helmut’s place was just like the pictures! Great location next to restaurants and little stores! It also wasn’t just too far from the main attractions! It does get a bit hot in France, so i’d recommend the lower parts of the home, but still very very great !

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

Excellent accommodation in the heart of the city center! The street is lively and there are many restaurants nearby. We advise everyone to visit St Germain en Laye, a haven of peace far from the Parisian tumult. Thanks again to Marc for the impeccable accommodation! 👌

We felt comfortable in the apartment. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed: bed linen, towels, coffee, etc. The location is quiet in a backyard and the apartment even has a small, walled terrace. We found it practical that there were numerous bakers or small There are grocery stores. We had our bikes with us, in a few minutes you can be at the Place de la Republique. We did all the tours by bike, which worked very well, as there are bike paths everywhere in Paris.

We liked it very much at Monica and Albert's. Everything was well prepared for our stay, the key was easy to take out, unlocking it the first time was a little tricky, but quick to learn. (Caution: The stairs down are very steep.) We were delighted with the sweet welcome greeting on the table. A lovely apartment on the island of la grande Jatte, almost directly on the water (attention: mosquitoes!), modern furnishings, art on the walls, everything available that is necessary for a stay, beautiful dishes, Nespresso capsules, organic vinegar and oil. The large bed is very comfortable, the view is magnificent, the relaxation factor is enormous. The mosquitoes were to be expected, we got a few bites and were happy about our Byte-away. We were compensated by the magnificent view. We liked to watch the rowing and tourist boats passing by and enjoy the pleasant temperature. We look forward to our next visit here!

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

High standing house, fully equipped. Quiet and relaxing place. Absolutely pleasant setting with a very well arranged house whether inside or outside. Fabrice is a host with whom communication is easy and adapts to our requests. I recommend 100%

Great place to stay for a fair rate.

Beautiful Airbnb flat that accommodated our party of four nicely. Beautiful decor and greatly enjoyed our feline host (Lucknow). Both toilettes are at the same end of the flat so bedrooms at far end are not immediately near access to a toilette (just different layout than expected). The location is quiet but should be noted that it is on the second level of the building just above a children's preschool/daycare so there were mornings with children crying at drop offs which was mildly disruptive. Stephanie was a wonderfully accommodating and communicative host. She offered multiple suggestions for the area (shopping, dining, etc) whenever asked, prior to and during our stay. She even made arrangements for us at her delicious Indian restaurant located near Notre Dame. Overall, Stephanie's accommodations made for a spacious and comfortable stay. Merci !
