The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Quiet attic apartment refurbished on the 1st and last floor without elevator with parking at the foot of the building and 5 minutes walk from the city center. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x190) and the other a double bed (140x190) +a single bed (90x190) on the mezzanine to accommodate up to 5 people. About 30 km from the Magny-cours circuit, costume museum (03), spa(71), Le Pal amusement park and about 50 km from the lakes of the settons and pannecière.

Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

This little corner of paradise with its double jacuzzi , indoor & outdoor are there to make you have a very nice stay . 25 m2 cottage in the countryside, parking, tranquility, 12 km from Nevers, Magny-Cours circuit (10 km) close to the Sancerre vineyards. Mine museum 15 km away, municipal swimming pool 1.5 km away, all shops. Walk in the forest, fishing. Non-smoking, walk along the Loire, Wi-Fi. Great place to play pétanque, no washing machine. For 2 adults or a couple and two children. No pets.

Charming house in the countryside

Relax in this entire new house with its small terrace in the heart of the countryside. The first shops are 7 km away. Possibility of walks around with a small stream that passes down the road. The Canal du Nivernais as well as the Loire and its canoe rides are nearby, in Decize.

Gîte insolite, cocooning-Gîte-Romantique-

In Gondières, you can enjoy a peaceful stay, 3 minutes away from Nevers - the largest town in the department. Both gîtes (La Ferme & Le Pigeonnier) are located on a 5000 square meters plot of land. They are separate from the owner's home, offering plenty of privacy. No pets.
