Two story fully furnished cottage overlooking Crystal Lake with exterior decks, beach and gazebo access. One entry level bedroom with kitchen, dining, living room. Two downstairs lower level bedrooms each with full baths and queen size beds. One of the lower level bedrooms also has an separate exterior entrance. Four kayaks and one canoe available for use. Fire pit with chairs for evening gatherings. Ample separate parking. Rental fee based on # of occupants. Please include all guests.

The Long Beach neighborhood is one of the most convenient stays on Sebago Lake, and the home is just a 3 minute walk to our sandy beach!
