Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Saint Lawrence River

Overall we very much enjoyed modern rural space. Kiss the Cow farm about 5min drive was amazing& we got most all main food there w/ additional items from Barnard General Store. Spices/ cookware were very good - we brought nonstick pans& 1 knife to supplement. Plenty bowls, measuring cups/spoons, maybe a set of tom collins glasses would be nice albeit stemless wine and rocks glasses available. Needs garlic/onion powder. Tub was amazing/ upstairs bathroom a true getaway/ relaxing space. It was as pictured albeit note spiral staircase &open grated flooring upstairs. Plenty of windows albeit not much cross breeze so think ahead if bring own fan and/or start A/C before get too warm. I would say you must have an SUV year round for this rental - surrounding roads/ driveway are a good distance on rough dirt/gravel - traversable yet a sportier car with low profile tires/ ground clearance would not work. We enjoyed simply walking driveway& East Barnard Rd. Barnard Inn restaurant worth it.

the perfect cabin nestled in the woods in a quaint town! We spent the week in Emily’s peaceful cabin and it was the perfect Maine getaway. The pond is a highlight! I loved getting to stay in this lovely cabin.

Belle maison. Très propre, avec toutes les commodités souhaitées et située dans un endroit calme avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. À quelques minutes de voiture du casino et à distance à pieds du Bootlegger, c’est un bel emplacement pour profiter de la région.

Très beau chalet, belle ambiance et endroit parfait pour se reposer. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Alles war absolut sauber und gepflegt, was den Komfort sofort spürbar machte. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll ausgewählt. Besonders beeindruckend war der atemberaubende Blick auf den St. Lorenz Strom. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Everything is just as pictured - and so much more once you check in! The end of the season did not disappoint - the waters were calm in the morning for a canoe paddle; the loons visited and were a joy to listen to; the weather was perfect for a campfire and the views were spectacular. The house is stocked with high-end amenities, everything you'd want to find and a few that you didn't even know you needed! Looking forward to returning next summer!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et confortable dans ce chalet, situé au bord d’un magnifique lac, calme et paisible. L’accès privé au lac, ainsi que les kayaks mis à disposition sont un vrai plus. Jean-François a été très réactif et les instructions pour l’arrivée et le départ étaient claires et simples. Le chalet est parfaitement équipé pour quelques jours de détente. Emplacement, équipements, propreté : tout était parfait. Je recommande sans hésiter !

C’est un vrai petit paradis! L’endroit est très beau et très bien entretenu, je dirais même impeccable! On a eu un accueil chaleureux de l’hôte Richard, souriant et disponible! Je recommanderais cet endroit à tous ceux et celles qui désirent un séjour dans la nature et très tranquille… la ville n’est pas très loin avec tout ceux que l’on a besoin!

Amazing place to stay. Place is as pictures. Cute airbnb, very relaxing. Would come back and recommend if you are looking for a place to stay near Tremblant. Anne was a great host.

Superbe comme logement juste assez grand, je croyais que le logement était plus séparé physiquement que cela de la maison principale, un peu moins intime malgré la très grande discrétion de l’hôte

A l'extérieur pour les adeptes aquatiques tout y est. Terrasse avec foyer, etc...tel que montré sur les photos. Si vous cherchez le calme, le quai au bord du lac vous comblera; le logis est situé au coeur du village dont assez mouvementé et bruyant dans la journée (c'est la vie) mais vers 20:00 hres tout est plus calme; tout est central, tout se fait à pied, épicerie, etc... Vous n'aurez pas la vue du lac de l'intérieur, il faut sortir du logis et aller sur le terrain. Il n'y avait qu'une sortie du logis, pas de sortie d'urgence peut-être que les fenêtres adjacentes au trottoir en était une. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour, les hôtes étaient très serviables et je le recommande à tous selon vos besoins, tout y est.

Très bel endroit pour se poser, décor intérieur chaleureux et « zen ». La vue sur le le fleuve aurait sûrement été magnifique sans le smog des feux de forêt de l’Ouest Canadien (!)… mais la beauté intérieure a fait le travail (beaucoup de verdures, oeuvres d’art). Mathieu a été proactif en lien avec une problématique avec la machine à café mais ce problème n’a pas terni notre séjour. Si vous voulez un silence complet, ce n’est pas la place puisque l’endroit est près d’une route relativement passante et que nous pouvons entendre les voisins d’en haut marcher (mais ils sont tranquilles par ailleurs). Ceci mis à part, notre séjour fut à la hauteur de nos attentes et nous y reviendrions sans hésiter.

Nous étions 5, 3 marraines et 2 filleules pour passer ce séjour mémorable. Puisque Dame Nature était plutôt grise, nous avons profité de l'intérieur et nous y étions très confortables. Confort en tout point et vue incroyable sur le fleuve St-Laurent. Nous nous aurions cru en bateau tellement nous étions près de la rive. Un endroit magnifique!

Superbe endroit. Vue imprenable sur le fleuve, exactement comme sur les photos. Aucune odeur de souffre dans l'eau contrairement à ce que disaient certains commentaires précédents. Tout a été parfait. Je recommande vivement.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Amazing apartment and land surrounding. The animals are all very friendly. Felt so at home and not uncomfortable at all!

100% would recommend. this place was so beautiful, well kept and clean. Large private property and not a neighbor in sight. Anyone that passes up an opportunity to stay here would be foolish. he hope to stay again next year. Also for my mtb friends, this gem is perfectly located between so many trails and the resort it so worth it. The hot tub is a welcome addition after a long day of sight seeing or riding.

This was next level!!! Everything was immaculate and so well designed for a small space. We felt like we were sleeping in the woods without the mosquitos. There was only one problem. We only booked one night. That’s on me. It was a perfect experience

Beautiful secluded location for my partner and I! Jen was very clear with instructions and made checking in and out very hassle-free! We had such a lovely week and having this space really enhanced our little vacation. Although the location itself may not have a lot to do, it is perfectly nestled between Belfast and Camden, two cute towns on the water. Acadia National Park was about 1.45 hours away but the drive is well worth it, especially being able to come home to a hot tub. 10/10 recommend this property, and thank you Jen for sharing your space with us!!

Peaceful and beautiful with all the little extra creature comforts you could think of, Stacey has created a little haven of relaxation for her guests. From the moment we arrived we knew this spot was going to an exceptional air B and B, with a private and pristine Nordic Spa, cozy deck on the waters edge, and all the amenities you need for a cozy evening indoors. We look forward to staying here again on our way through New Brunswick and will recommend to our friends and family. If you are thinking about booking Stacey’s place - just do it!

Un magnifique logement très bien équipé avec plusieurs espaces détente

J’ai vraiment aimé le chalet et l’accueil de l’hôte. Petit bois préparé dans le foyer, endroit extrêmement propre. Superbe vue sur la montagne. Activités à proximité. Je recommande et y reviendrai assurément. Merci Mathieu pour la rapidité de réponse et surtout ta pro-activité pour ma réservation… très dernière minute.

We had such an amazing time ! So private and peaceful , so calm.. the views are amazing! We were also lucky to see some deers in the morning , overall an incredible time , we can’t wait to come back !

it was our first vacation and it was real treat! great location and the view is gorgeous! We look forward to coming back! And also joel was super helpful and gave plenty of great places to eat and the state parks he recommended were gorgeous. if you go to helens try the blue berry pie!
