Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Saint-Lambert, Paris

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The host was incredibly helpful, we didn’t speak much French but their English is amazing and they made sure we felt at home and comfortable!

Rachida et son époux ont le souci permanent du bien être des personnes qui louent leur logement au demeurant très propre et bien entretenu. Ils communiquent beaucoup et facilement au besoin tout en sachant conserver une discrétion tout au long du séjour.

Jean Yves was extremely welcoming, even staying up to greet us on our late arrival, and we felt at home immediately. The accommodation was lovely too, with a beautiful, relaxed outdoor space which was perfect for a long breakfast. Despite being out of the city centre, it was very quick and easy to get into Paris and we enjoyed the contrast of very peaceful accommodation and local area (with a boulangerie and supermarket practically on the doorstep) with the ease of getting into the centre of Paris. Would highly recommend!

Super séjour dans le logement d’Angelique et son mari. Angelique a été super flexible concernant notre arrivée un peu tardive, et a toujours été cordiale et arrangeante. Le logement est tout neuf, très propre et très fonctionnel. Aussi bien situé si vous voulez être proche de Paris en transports, tout en étant au calme, avec en plus des places de parking souvent disponibles. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous vous le recommandons à 100%

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

had a wonderful stay with my family in this place, it's very clean, spacious and complete with amenities. It also has a nice balcony to hangout but unfortunately it was still cold when we were there so we didn't really use it. This place is near groceries bust stops, metro and a lot of cafes and restos. The host was very welcoming even just behind the scene. There was welcome drinks when we arrived. and list of instruction recommendations and what to do in paris. I highly recommend this place +++++

It's a beautiful flat in a very convenient location — we really enjoyed our stay! It felt very Parisian and chic. There's also a good supermarket nearby, which was very handy

I loved my stay at Nicholas’ place! It was comfortable, clean and in an extremely cute neighborhood. I appreciated how communicative the host was. He ensured I had all the information I needed for checking-in a day before my arrival and reached out to make sure my check-in went well. The unit is close to several metro lines and about a 20-30 minutes Uber from the city center. It was nice to easily get to the excitement of the city, but return to a relaxed and peaceful neighborhood. I’d gladly stay at this airbnb again!

le logement est conforme à la description.Omar nous a facilité l'entrée dans son logement avec 1h d'avance, ce que nous avons grandement apprécié.Le logement est très bien situé et calme. Je note que quelques couverts supplémentaires auraient été top car 1 seule fourchette mais pour le reste je vous recommande son logement.Merci Omar

What a beautiful Airbnb with a great views. It was very cozy and welcoming. The room was clean and well appointed with an espresso machine and basic personal care supplies like shampoo, soap, dish soap, etc… I would recommend this place.

Perfect stay here and would recommend this place for anyone who needs a place. The view is exactly like the pictures and beautiful to wake up to! You can see the tower from the bed which is amazing. It was quiet and peaceful. It was also clean and I felt safe as a solo female traveller. There is also a grocery store nearby which makes it easy to stock up on items. Would stay here again!

Billie’s communication with us was excellent. She was proactive in making sure we understood how to get in (which sometimes can be confusing) and readily answered our questions. The view really is outstanding. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and we appreciated the welcome Billie left for us. The bed is very comfortable - do realize that, as it is in the photo, one side is up against the wall so one in a couple doesn’t have easy access. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood with many fine shops about 15 minutes away (and groceries and cafes even closer). The metro and bus were very convenient. All in all this is a great place to stay particularly if you want to be in a real, non- touristy neighborhood. Thank you Billie!

Helenes home was perfect! You are closer to the Eiffel Tower than the pictures make it seem. The home was well stocked and had plenty of ammenities. We would definately stay here again.

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e ordinato, con una cucina molto funzionale. Era disponibile anche del te, caffè per un benvenuto. E' presente un piccolo giardino ed un portico dove ci si può sedere per un piacevole relax. Situato nel quartiere del Marais vicino a ristoranti, supermarket e fermate di autobus e Metro. Eric è stato molto ospitale accogliendoci ed illustrandoci esternamente i siti più importanti e all'interno dettagliatamente tutta la casa. L'unico neo il bagno che non ha nè finestre e nè un aspiratore efficace. Grazie per la bella esperienza.

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, ganz nahe von DER U-BAHN. Selbst die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles dabei, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Dusche.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

Süße und sehr schöne Wohnung. Alles war sauber und der Prozess des Check-in und Check-out hat super geklappt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie waren bei Fragen rund um die Uhr für uns erreichbar und haben sehr schnell geantwortet. Auch bei einem kleinen technischen Problem waren sie innerhalb von 20 Minuten da und haben sich darum gekümmert. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!
