Apartment holiday rentals in Saint-Lambert, Paris

My second stay at Cecilia’s place was great! Both she and her husband (Simon) were great hosts. The place was lovely and neat as usual. I’ll always consider staying at their place whenever I visit Paris!

Apartment looks like the photos, feels young and modern with everything updated. Espresso machine, strong wifi, washer, dishwasher. No elevator though in case you need one (not a problem for me) If you like being in a hip neighborhood like Bastille, then this place is great. so much around. The apartment had a great dining table i used for a work space and amazing windows looking onto the main street. Comfortable bed, could use some new fluffier pillows and could use some closet space, just had no where to put my stuff but I made do. Great place, would stay again for sure!

The apartment was as it looked in pictures. However, I do want to add that the home does have personal touches and belongings. For example, in the two secondary bedrooms there are toys, like constructed legos, closets had clothes, food in the refrigerator and freezer etc. so you really are staying in someone’s home. Regarding our host, her response time and availability was always great. We arrived at the unit later than expected and I was having trouble at the front gate. She actually answered the phone when I called her at 11pm. Very helpful. The place has a washer and separate dryer. Endless hot water, and the automatic black out curtains were a blessing. The grocery store is down the block, and there is a bus stop across the street. We took Ubers everywhere, so other than taking the main train line to the area we didn’t really use public transportation. But I would definitely recommend this place. I had my elderly parents so public transportation would have been a challenge.

This is a nice small flat. It is very private and quiet, although it is located on a main street and near the Peripherique. Good connection to public transport. Othmane provided good instructions on how to get the keys and how to get into the flat.

Great, clean space. Perfect location if you’re here for exhibitions and shows. Very easy to walk to the Paris Expo Porte De Versailles and nearby metro stations. Tim’s a friendly and responsive host who answered quickly.

Lynda is a great host, everything went smooth, she sent us great instructions and recommendations. The apartment is very well located, it's a 15 minutes walk to Gare Montparnasse, 5 minutes to M13 Plaisance, and 10 minutes from m12 Vaugirard. It is a 3 km(45 min) walk to Tour Eiffel. Around there are a few Velib stations and also Lime (these are bike rentals). I would recommend renting bikes, as it's is one of the best ways to visit and get to know Paris. The area is not the quietest (this is not a complaint), especially if it is hot and you want to sleep with your windows opened, traffic is going pretty much all night and also there are the occasional groups of people going by, sometimes laughing and talking loud. It is what you would expect in a city, this is not a retreat for the quiet seekers. So, to wrap it up, we have had a great experience, Lynda was great, and we hope to come back. 100% recommended.

Nice and clean appartment. Not big, but has everything you need. Is practically furnished. Our kids (16 and 19 years old) slept in the living room on sofa bed and extra bed, which was fine. We felt very welcome, among other things because of the groceries in the fridge and the bottle of bubbles with a nice note that was ready for us! Heidi responds quickly. Wifi did not work for a day, but with instructions from Heidi this problem was quickly resolved. Bus and metro are close by, so it is a great location to explore all the neighborhoods of the city! We had a wonderful stay! The check in and check out instructions were perfectly clear. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was great too - right by the Eiffel Tower! Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Paris.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Julian's accommodation is highly recommended. Although this is a bit far from Paris, you can get there quickly with the regional train. We had a nice stay there and would book it again at the next opportunity. Merci Julien!

Antoine was very helpful in setting us up for our stay. The apartment is clean, and beautifully decorated, with a lot of techy equipment. The apartment had all the amenities and utensils we needed.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Boris was very helpful. The apartment is super decorated and clean. You have everything you need. The location is very nice, quiet and new. We also liked that you can park very easily and then avoid the stairs at the entrance. Very clear recommendation. If we come back to Paris, we would definitely rent the apartment again. The swimming pool is also very nice but not for children under 150 cm tall. If someone thinks the price is too high, it's really worth it. Thank you Boris for your support and your effort!

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

Roland’s hospitality was greatly appreciated. The suite was beautifully decorated and located in the heart of Montmartre. We appreciated the patio space and having a comfortable place to relax after a full day of exploring the city.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
