Waterfront holiday rentals in Saint Kitts and Nevis

Augustine was very responsive, respectful, and was a great host as he checked up on me throughout the entire trip and made sure that everything was OK and corrected any issues that I had which were none. The Airbnb is lovely with a washer and dryer, a smart TV ,fast Wi-Fi a full kitchen, hot water and good air conditioning. The neighborhood is nice quiet and I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Let me start out by saying our stay here was absolutely phenomenal~!!! Seana and her husband were incredibly responsive…Offered to arrange transportation to and from the airport to their location..and had the refrigerator stocked with travel refreshments! Their Airbnb was just as beautiful as photographed! The cleanliness surpassed our expectations - and we were grateful for the washer/dryer that was made available riding our stay! In closing, this is an incredible place to stay - not only due to the location being close to “the action” - but it also served as a central hub to our guest that we’re traveling with us! Loved our stay at Nelson Springs. The condo was beautifully decorated and nicely appointed. The views can’t be beat. Having beach and proper pool access is wonderful and the size of the complex was ideal. The living room and porch were comfortable for evening relaxing and the bedrooms were spacious. Can’t wait to return!

Staff was friendly and very helpful! The crew was amazing and made my friend and I feel right at home! Coming from Boston wasn't to sure on safety, by the second night we were coming in at 3/4 am, driving around in a car provided my bullseye (highly recommend) walking around at night, at the beach at 12am and doing activities all over the island! Amazing genuine people always laughing and smiling! Extremely approachable and accommodating. Will be coming back no question. I've been all over, there's no place quite like St.Kitts and I couldn't imagine having booked anything any other way! The deal for this place is almost too good to be true.

Host was very responsive and provided clear instructions. The place was centrally located - walking distance to ocean, beach and many excellent restaurants.

My 3 friends and I had a fantastic time at Turtle Cove Beach House. From Max’s warm welcome to the incredible location (including our own private beach), I cannot say enough about our stay. The house was spotless, included any modern amenity one might need/want and had several outdoor spaces that were great for outdoor meals, drinks and hanging out. The house also provides 3 private spaces. All in all, a 5 star stay.

We absolutely LOVED Cassandra's home. It was a beautiful, spacious home for our family of 6 adults and one infant. The home was beautifully furnished, clean, and the beds were comfortable. But the best was the outdoor area. We loved spending time in the pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, watching the waves crash ashore. We spent numerous hours around the outdoor dining table admiring the view and enjoying the peace and quiet. We would recommend this home to anyone looking to spend quality with family and friends.

It’s all about the view! My wife and I spent hours enjoying the view on the ample patio and infinity pool. A surprise for us was that we could hear the surf from nearby Turtle Beach. Another surprise was that we could walk to Cockleshell Beach from the house in about fifteen minutes, through a path off of Turtle Beach. The house is spacious, well stocked and clean, the hosts are responsive and provide useful recommendations for enjoying St. Kitts. We are flying home and are already missing this beautiful property. Hopefully we can return soon.

Our most recent visit to Nevis marked our second time staying at Starfish Cottage (first stay in November 2024). Both times we felt right at home and appreciated the newness and freshness of the Cottage. This time we noticed some discoloration in the toilets and bathtub, but it didn’t cause us to question the cleanliness of the property. We love this property for its quiet location and being ideally situated across from the beach. We love having the ability to bring our four year old to splash in the waves and make sand castles at any time of the day without an ounce of inconvenience. The property is set up like a little compound, with the sister cottages sharing a yard and perfectly sized plunge pool. It’s an amazing setup for different family units who are traveling together to be in close proximity but have their own separate personal space. We look forward to staying again and again!

Oh, my, I can’t say enough. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed being right on the beach, just a little walk away. The facilities at the house were wonderful. We all enjoyed the lovely balconies and the beautiful ocean view. Great kitchen, fully equipped, so we were able to cook. We couldn’t have had a better location on the island on which to spend Christmas. Would definitely stay here again.

Joyce was an exceptional host, making the place available to us at a moment's notice with flexible check in and check out. The place is spacious and RIGHT on the ocean which is great, with tons of restaurants in walking distance, plus supermarket, the Marriott and casino, and lots of other great places. Couldn't be more convenient. We slept 4 adult men comfortably here. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, and the place has a washing machine as well and lots of towels. The lovely development also includes a pool and lounge areas. It condo could use a fresh coat of paint in some spots, but overall you can't beat this location, convenience, and bed count at this price. Thanks Joyce!

What a great holiday rental! So accessible to the St. Kitts community. Can't say enough about the beauty we were surrounded with ... the landscape .. pool .. but especially the community. It has always been important to immerse ourselves in the flavor of our holiday destination and this location truly enabled us to experience the island.

This lovely 6-unit building in Half Moon Bay offers a spectacular view of the ocean and the golf course! There is an infinity pool behind the building which is terrific! The unit has 11’ ceilings and is spacious and spotlessly clean. You’ll need a car to stay here. The host and her property manager are very efficient and very personable! We loved staying here and would love to go back again!

Xd's place was nice, clean and easy to find. It is tucked away in a quite area VERY close to excellent restaurants. No issues. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had during my stay. Would stay again!

We loved the island and our stay. Aside from the construction next door(which hopefully will be done soon), the condo complex is very peaceful and on a beautiful stretch of beach. We often had the beach and pool to ourselves! Our girls loved searching for starfish right off shore. There are a few restaurants within walking distance but the barefoot beach bar restaurant on the property was our favorite along with a couple other places including passions and bananas. We loved our ATV tour with funky monkey with our guide Neil! It was a great way to learn about the history of the island and check out some beautiful off the beaten path spots. Driving on the island was a little tricky as the roads tend to be narrow but we got used to it. A couple things happened over the course of the week but Samuel was always very responsive. We hope to return to Nevis one day and we would definitely stay in Samuel’s condo again.
