Nevis is a gem if you want a peaceful and relaxing respite. The villa was just as described. It had everything we needed for a perfect week. The view and sound of the water just steps away was amazing. The beach was pristine with smooth sand; clear, clean, blue water and spectacular views of St. Kitts and Mount Nevis. No seaweed, rocks or crowded beaches. There are three great restaurants within walking distance. If you are adventurous, I recommend renting a vehicle and exploring the island yourself. Everyone is helpful and friendly. We enjoyed Nevis Hot Springs and several restaurants including Golden Rock, Mem’s Pizza, Sunshine’s, Mojo’s, and Yachtman’s Grill plus taking in the views of the island. Vanessa was a dream to work with so do take advantage of the concierge services she provides. We had a fantastic week and appreciate Chris and Dawn for sharing their piece of paradise with us.

Our host Bruce was excellent and went above and beyond to accommodate us with every need. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a family of 4. Beautiful views and pool! Walkable distance to stores, restaurants, and the beach. Would definitely recommend to friends and family! We’ll be back! Overall great experience and absolutely gorgeous island.

The Suite is very well situated in downtown Basseterre. There was the nearby grocery store, various restaurants, shops, bakeries. Everything we needed was nearby. We could easily meet with tour groups at Port Zante or wander around town on our own. The Suite was also very well stocked. We had been traveling for 16 hours and it was such a relief to check in and find cold water and local drinks in the fridge. There's a washer and dryer in the unit in case you get dirty roaming around on ATVs or hiking but also a kitchen stocked with all the plates, pots and cutlery to make yourself at home. There are about 34 steps to enter the unit, so those with bad knees should make note of that. We appreciated Patricia checking in on us and offering tips to find local treats. Between her helpfulness and the great unit we couldn't ask for more.

Beautiful place would 100% recommend!

My friend and I had a great stay at Kevin’s place. Instructions were clear and the location was great. Only 10 minutes from the airport, and even closer located next to beaches , restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Beautiful property overall and the pool is heated and thoroughly cleaned.

This spot could not have been more perfect for me. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The property is so quiet and peaceful. I never heard another person or a car. Yet you have a handful of great restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Very cool area. The little market was so well appointed. Every little thing I needed i actually found there. Plus you can literally walk to Frigate Bay if you want. Although I would definitely get a vehicle. There was ample parking and the island is huge. You want to see everything ! Loved my 2 weeks there. Thanks!

LOVED our stay here. The condo was spacious and quiet. We enjoyed making breakfast and relaxing in the mornings. The supermarkets are a short drive away (we rented a car, which Vanessa helped us with...car was dropped off at condo) The beach is a very short walk away and very peaceful and enjoyable. Love the restaurant on the property....consistently good. Really loved having the extra space and washer dryer. Vanessa is wonderful with communication and took care of all our transfers to and from the airport and answered many questions. We will be back!
