Lovely little cottage with fantastic hot tub and outdoor space. Walking distance to Polperro village and easy access to the coastal path too.

Very lovely place, me and my girlfriend stayed here for a weekend and had no complaints. The host responded quickly and the property looked exactly like the photos. All the extra little touches like the fire wood, slippers, eggs and etc really made us feel welcome. Overall we really enjoyed our stayed and would happily stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Silva Cottage.The cottage was beautiful and had everything a person could need and very clean. The location was amazing set in woods and so so quiet apart from the birds which were a delight to see and hear especially watching the comings and going’s of Woodpeckers on the bird feeder. The hot tub was spectacular.Set in the woods nothing could compare to sitting back and enjoying the tub with a glass of fizz. We had a great recommendation from Lorraine for an Indian Takeaway which delivered to the cottage and ate a great lunch at The Tamar Inn at Calstock. Great location for walkers with Dartmoor on one side and Bodmin Moor on the other plus the coastal path. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

We loved our stay in this cottage! It has such a cosy homely feel and is equipped with everything you’d need! The bed was super comfy and it was nice to have a tv in both bedrooms and the living space! The hot tub area was gorgeous and a great place to unwind and relax, very private area! Shaun the host was super friendly and very responsive! We couldn’t fault this place - amazing value for money. Would recommend and would love to return in the future!

We had a beautiful week at The Cart Barn, beautiful location with beautiful views and a private garden which was perfect for our pooch! we spent most of our evenings watching the beautiful cows out the garden! the hot tub was a lovely addition and the barn had everything we needed to make ourselves and our dog feel at home! Some great recommendations in the welcome book and from the owners of local things to do! Will definitely be returning in the future! :)

We had the most wonderful time.The location of the property is great for exploring and the setting so peaceful! The pictures perhaps did not do it full justice as it was even better!being in a bath over looking the countryside was next level! Clare was very clear on the whole process of how to get to the property,check in,ideas for places to visit and things to do.The personalised written message and goodies are special touches that mean a lot so thank you!cannot praise everything about our stay enough!we hope to be back!X

What a beautiful spot, the views are fantastic and there is so much outside space! We loved the fishing lake and hot tub area which made it for us! Prefect lovely and good value.

A fabulous little hideaway perfect for dogs! Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing break! The secure garden meant the dogs could roam freely and every detail was thought of. The house was immaculate and really comfortable and a great central base for exploring Cornwall. We WILL be back!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage which was surprisingly spacious and well appointed. The location so close to the sea and a lovely pub was perfect. I would highly recommend it.

Just spent a week at this lovely place. Beautiful view when relaxing in the garden and so peaceful. Accommodation was spotlessly clean, we didn't want to leave . Unfortunately we didn't get to meet the hosts as they were away on holiday. Communication through this site was clear and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

After struggling to find the place( I had 2 satnavs and niether could find it) I called Katherine and she directed me to the cottage. It met all of our needs my only minor observations are that it lacks emergency information ( Dr etc). The sofa was a bit low for me and I would have liked a screen in the bedroom but otherwise we totally enjoyed our stay. Thank you

We spent 6 amazing days in Port Isaac. The cottage was set in a beautiful location. It was easy to walk to the harbour to enjoy the shops and restaurants. Port Isaac is a wonderful place with friendly people and a welcoming vibe. However, be prepared for some steep hills! We had a lovely evening meal at Mote, a restaurant on the harbour. We also had a great breakfast at The Slipway. Definitely recommend a visit to these. The cottage itself is an absolute delight. Very comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The garden is private and well maintained. The local birds are chatty and love a sing song all day. Jo was a wonderful host. Extremely helpful and responsive. My wife and I cannot recommend this place enough.

Super friendly helpful hosts with a great cottage with everything you need for your stay. Comfy bed. Top notch power shower. Nice coffee machine. Cottage is edge of village with some fabulous views. Quiet and comfy accommodation. Walkable (5 minutes) friendly locals pub in village. Walkable (10 minutes) Spar supermarket and the lovely Kay’s Fish and Chip shop. Thanks Jim and Lyn. This was our second stay at Sharon's barn and we will definitely come back again. It's in a great location, has all the bits and pieces you need for a week's holiday and is incredibly comfortable. the bed is very comfy and we slept soundly, waking ready for a walk to the beach for a swim.

We stayed in the cottage for 5 days. The garden was like a small, beautiful paradise, someone has very green fingers. The tub and views were amazing. Inside the cottage was exceptionally clean, with all the amenities you would ever need, of a high quality. Great comfy bed too. Excellent location for exploration. Gem of a place - definitely recommend as a place to stay in Port Isaac. Very cozy and quiet despite being in a super central location. We will be back!

A stunning and impeccably appointed cottage right in the heart of St.Teath which is brilliantly placed for exploring all the North Cornish coast. The interior is beautiful, and it’s spacious and yet so cosy. You could easily host a family of 6 and every detail has been thought of. Comfortable beds, beautiful linens and the kitchen has everything you need. It’s literally a Cornish home from home and I couldn’t fault it in any way. The log burner was especially a treat and we loved the Easter bells ringing out at the Church next door. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bell Cottage to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous cottage! It is a beautiful cottage and perfect walking distance to the pub at the bottom of the road! The house is bright and surprisingly spacious! The conservatory and the garden are a sun trap and we spent a lot of time there.. our daughter took her first steps in the conservatory so it’s a very special place to us! The hosts are responsive, clear and very friendly. Port Isaac is a lovely little village and everyone was so lovely. A gorgeous cottage in a spectacular part of the world!

Port Isaac is beautiful location and Paul’s place is exactly as described, within a one minute walk of the main harbour. The home is an old cottage. It is three stories tall with a beautiful slate roof. The stairs in the home are very steep. Upstairs you’ll find one bedroom with a small double bed and on the second level two bedrooms with four single beds. We were very grateful to use Paul’s car park. It is about 15 to 20 minutes walk (up Hill )away, but this is very useful as parking in the village is difficult. Access to the house is tricky, however Paul supplies very detailed instructions and if you follow these instructions exactly, they will lead you right down into the harbour which is just a few seconds walk to the front door. I’d recommend this property to anyone who had a reasonable level of fitness, can climb steep stairs, and does not have very young children. You cannot beat the location and the village is one of the most beautiful in Cornwall!

A lovely cottage in a very quiet position. Close to the centre. Cottage was very clean and comfortable. Needs an air fryer/microwave.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The whole process from booking to check out was super easy. Polite hosts, very friendly. The perfect base for a short break! Some great local walks, food and not too far to The Royal Cornwall Showground for work! Thanks- hope to see you next year!

The accommodation was excellent. The beds exceptionally comfortable. There was everything we required. We had a toddler with us, so the highchair and travel cot were very appreciated. Parking was very easy, which is always a bonus in Cornwall. There were plenty of places and beaches to visit, all in all a very good location.
