My home is located in a small village in the Champsaur valley, near the Ecrins Park, the ski resorts and the water body of St Julien. Gap is a 15-minute drive away and Serre-Ponçon Lake is a 30-minute drive away. Our house is an old renovated farmhouse surrounded by an enclosed garden that contains children's games (trampoline, swings...). You will appreciate the calm of the neighborhood. All amenities (supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias...) are a 5-minute drive.

New and spacious accommodation. Views of the mountains from the deck. The apartment located on the ground floor of our house has completely independent access. Not overlooked, free parking. Shops at 400 m, city center 5 minutes away. Please note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. We provide the sheets but please remember to take your towels.
