Everything about it is excellent I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed staying at Cathy’s place - it’s a comfortable apartment in a great location. We appreciated the decorations in the apartment, the well-equipped kitchen, nice living spaces, good bed, and being able to walk everywhere. There’s a tiny bit of noise from the street at night with the bedroom window open, but otherwise it’s very calm.

Laurent's accommodation is smaller and less flashy than it appears in the photos but it is nonetheless very pleasant, in a residence overlooking an inner courtyard and in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed having our breakfasts on the balcony. Many small shops are nearby for the delight of the taste buds. Transportation is also very close, but in any case it is possible to walk to the city center or to the island's machines. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Stayed as part of a work trip. If you come by plane, it is the ideal accommodation, extremely complete equipment and well arranged accommodation. I will repeat the experience 😃

Josias is very available for communication. The accommodation is consistent with its description and located at the back of the charming courtyard. The neighborhood is quiet. As Parisians, we appreciated the silence and tried to preserve it

A really nice flat! Good for a couple to feel at home in Nantes. Well appointed with everything you’d need. Wifi was good. The location is both amazing because of the centrality and easy access to everything, but also unfortunately has what a normal city centre would have in terms of night time surroundings. Nothing that is wrong with the flat itself and would still fully recommend!!! Thanks for a wonderful stay :)

We had a great time with my friends! The house is functional, clean, very well equipped and very well located in a quiet neighborhood (about 1 hour from La Baule, 20 minutes from downtown Nantes, 5-10 minutes from supermarkets) The big positive point of the house is the outside, with a beautiful garden and pool. Jessica was always super responsive before, during and even after our stay to answer all our questions. Thanks again, we recommend this accommodation without hesitation ☺️

Everything is simple to access the accommodation with clear instructions. The accommodation is fully equipped and new. Romain is available if needed (we didn't need him but he showed up to tell us he was there if needed). Thanks to Romain for the welcome.

Great stay in this house! We had a lovely 4 days. The house was very clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The location was peaceful with an amazing panoramic view, in an extraordinary green setting. The owner was very responsive and available to answer our questions. We highly recommend this rental and hope to be able to come back!

We had a wonderful few days exploring Nantes and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and charming place to return home to at the end of each day. Johan’s place is clean, stylish, architecturally interesting and full of beautiful art pieces and lovely details - he clearly is a man with great taste! The house is very well equipped with high quality inventory and appliances for those who like to do a bit of cooking on holiday like us! The location was ideal with - quiet but with all the essentials nearby and very quick access by bus to the centre of town. Odile was wonderful - so welcoming, helpful and friendly when we arrived and supremely responsive/flexible when we told her we would arrive earlier than expected. Odile also provided excellent support during our stay when we had questions! Overall it was the best few days and we cannot wait to return to Johan’s place and to Nantes! Thank you Johan and Odile!!!

An exceptional family stay in the Baptistin cottage, Everything is designed so that we can evolve with ease, even in large numbers. Activities for both the youngest and adults, various games, indoor swimming pool and relaxation on the terrace. Bathroom and toilet adjoining each of the rooms, the must! We had a great time at Vincent's place. Magnificent building with thousand-year-old trees. Large and beautiful pool. Spacious and very well-equipped accommodation. Quality furniture and bedding. We were very well received by Viviane and Pierre. Listing is as described. The equipment in appliances is of quality. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The building is very quiet. The location of this accommodation allows you to discover and visit Nantes and the surrounding area in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both appliances and ideas for outings was very helpful. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) available to us for breakfast.

Spacious renovated apartment with sunny verandah in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals or make coffee! Also very convenient to public transport - bus stop at the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again if in Nantes.
