Beachfront holiday rentals in Saint Joseph Bay

We stayed a week-it was perfect! This is truly a one of a kind vacation experience and we will absolutely be back. The hosts were very easy to work with and helpful and attentive while we were there. There are some rustic aspects of the experience but those are well defined ahead of time and even after 6 nights we would have gladly stayed longer if they could have accommodated us.

We had a great time at Brittany's place! The home was extremely clean and it had a great layout for our family. We loved the ocean view from the back decks and quick access to the beach entrance. We appreciated Brittany's quick response to our questions and would love to return.

Absolutely lovely house, spacious, clean, open, and full of natural light. It fit our large group of siblings and their spouses very well, and they even had a high chair and pack-n-play handy for kids! We spent lots of time at the pool and beach, using the golf cart, and biking around. There were a couple bikes whose tires were in rough shape, obviously well used and loved by guests, but this didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves thoroughly! There are also lots of good places to eat nearby, and Panama City was a manageable distance for more activities. We all drove up there for golfing one day! The beach at this community was clean and beautiful, with lots of boardwalks and a trail alongside of it, as well as some fire pits and cozy cafe lighting along much of the boardwalks. We went in the middle of May, so there weren’t a lot of people around and it was extremely peaceful and quiet. I would 100% recommend, and would definitely stay again!

Perfect location for our family and little. Literally on the beach. Major help was beach cart and beach gear.

Stayed in a very nice place, close to the beach. Everyone was really friendly and was a nice place to just relax and kick your feet up. Will be back!

Everything was great. They do need to replace the grill. We had planned on grilling but grill was in bad shape.

This location was amazing and you can’t get any closer to the ocean. Kyle was very helpful and responsive.

She went above and beyond! So so so sweet will definitely be back! She let us use all the beach stuff and bring it back even after check out. She helped us with paces to eat and drink. She also just happened to be there this week and she brought by some cheesecake and gave us anything we needed. Definitely felt right at home and welcomed. The place was beautiful!!!! If you had any questions or concerns she responded very quickly.

Beautiful home and great hosts. Our family of 5 had the best time in this home and made a ton of memories. The beach was not crowded, the town had small town vibes, but everyone was super friendly, and the food was amazing! They had the smart tvs set up for easy access to Disney and other apps, which was great to help the kids wind down at bed time. Hope to come back soon! Thank you again!

We loved are stay! This was our second year staying in the WindMark community and it was awesome. My kids loved the scenic walk to the beach from our house down the boardwalk! Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet spot with easy beach access. Well decorated, stocked, and comfy master beds. The ocean view is tenuous, but it's a quick walk or ride to the beach.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house is very close to the pool and we had the best time on the golf cart and loved how they have a paved pathway for bikes, running and golf carts along the beach. The house was very clean and equipped with everything you could think of! We were so happy that it was a dog friendly beach and house. The best restaurant we ate at was the White Marlin and going horseback riding on the beach was so much fun! Port St. Joe is absolutely gorgeous and I recommend to anyone who’s never been. Thank you Emily for being such a wonderful host! She even did a grocery order pick up for us and had it at the house when we checked in. I give this stay 10 stars if I could!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Kate’s home. The house is incredibly spacious, has fantastic ocean views, and is a very quick walk to the beach. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, and Kate was very helpful when we reached out with questions. We can't wait to stay again!

We had 3 adults & 3 teens staying at the Tipsy Turtle. There was plenty of space for the whole group. We enjoyed the outdoor patio area & the Adirondack chairs, although we didn't use the fire table. An easy walk to the beach, and having all of the extras made our experience so much better. Pool towels, wagon to bring our fishing gear, a cooler, beach chairs, etc. Walk to the pool or beach were both easy. It was just a short 10 min ride to all of the restaurants, stores, etc. in Port St. Joe. We felt so far away staying at the home and it was so peaceful, but then having really just a quick jaunt to town. We enjoyed The Mill Mercantile for some drinks which was much closer, within the same subdivision/community as we were staying. Having 3 refrigerators, two laundry facilities, and two complete kitchens were wonderful. We did a lot of cooking at the house. We also hired a fishing charter for 3 days, we were able to go for 4 hours each day, and the marina they used was right in PSJ.

Andrew’s house was beautiful! The location was perfect. The kids loved being able to swim or go to the beach. They loved the park. It was peaceful and laid back. Everyday we were greeted by the turtles in the pond. This is such a beautiful place. The host was amazing. Gave us a list of restaurants near by and made our stay perfect! We highly recommend staying here!

We had a nice time. This unit is geared towards dogs with plenty of supplies. (We didn’t have a dog). We enjoy the bay and the beach. Nice pool too!

The place was absolutely beautiful and everything worked great. The outside area was truly amazing and very comfortable. The inside was amazing with a great living room, spacious kitchen, and two bedrooms with balconies on either side. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming and the beach is so close! There is a great downtown area down in Port St. Joe (although it's around a 20 minute drive). It was amazing!

Excellent location, easy walk to beach via dedicated boardwalk. House was outfitted with everything we needed. Host was always friendly and quick to respond. We hope to return for a longer stay our next trip!

We had the most wonderful stay at Pinky’s Dream! The kitchen was stocked with all we could ever need, the fire pit was so nice, the beds were comfortable, & the location was incredible right on the beach. If you are thinking of renting this place, do it! De’Ron was a wonderful, kind, & responsive host!

We loved our stay! Tommy and Rebekah thought of everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with every conceivable need, down to Tupperware containers for leftovers! Everything was clean and comfortable! My sister particularly enjoyed the bunk bed cubbies ;) it was an easy walk to the beach and having the pool was nice as well. we will definitely go back!

Eve was very responsive the place was clean and just as described. We would stay here again and recommend to anyone else.

Kimberly was very easy to work with. She was accommodating and very helpful. The house was spacious, well appointed and clean. I would definitely stay again. I think they are installing a pool which will be a nice enhancement, but either way a great place given that the beach is so close.

We have stayed in many Airbnbs, Sandy Anchor hands down was the nicest! Jeremiah was great to work with, the home is immaculate and appointed with everything we needed. It well exceeded our expectations!
