T2 attenant à notre maison avec entrée privée . Idéal personne seule, couple ou petite famille (SDB dans pièce principale:Voir photos) 2 adultes maximum. Qq minutes du centre et des commerces de proximité. Quartier pavillonnaire à deux minutes à pied d'un parc ombragé avec des jeux pour enfants. Une demie-heure de Bordeaux centre. Une demie-heure du bassin. Entre 30 et 40 mn des plages océanes. Les châteaux du médoc se trouvent à qq km de Saint Jean d'Illac. Balades en forêt.

Refurbished, our studio is functional, bright, located in a green, quiet setting. We are 10min from the airport, 25min from the Bassin d 'Arcachon, 30min from the ocean (Lège-Cap Ferret or Lacanau) and 25min from Bordeaux. Dassault-Thalès company is 5 min away and the Bordeaux ring road 10 min away. 1 bus line allows you to go to Bordeaux. At the entrance of the city you will find Intermarché for your shopping, in the city center local shops and restaurants.

Pretty little new air-conditioned house, located in a very quiet location. Ideal for a couple with children looking to relax and visit the Aquitaine region (15km Bordeaux center, 20 mins Bassin, 30 mins Cap Ferret, Lacanau and Arcachon). Close to the Pessac/Mérignac service areas, the accommodation is ideal for business trips. The private garden with trees has a pretty exotic wooden terrace allowing you to have a quiet lunch/dinner/aperitif close to nature.

Lovely bed and breakfast near airport

15 m2 fully renovated room located 10 minutes from the airport. Including a bedroom with a large double bed. You will have a coffee maker and tea kettle. A bathroom with toilet and sink. An outdoor area has been set up with a table. We live in front of the airport under an air corridor, so we treated the sound insulation of this room as best we could. Being next to the airport you will easily find a taxi or a private driver.

This was one of the most wonderful long weekends I have ever had. The house is designed for relaxing and socialising. We were out by the pool all day, which was so warm, chatting and laughing. Everything was immaculate, modern, incredibly clean, even the cutlery was lovely. There is a coffee machine and fantastic cooking equipment. All the bedrooms are equally spacious with huge floor to ceiling windows. It was the opposite of a soulless, empty house that is becoming all too frequent on AirBnb. We were constantly saying that will have to come back. Romain was so responsive and kind, he was very flexible with check-out timings and his instruction booklet was so helpful and told me everything I needed to know. The house is so easy to get to, only a 20 minute drive from the airport or 5 minutes from the train station, and the Ubers come immediately. You don’t need to continue searching for houses in Bordeaux, you’ve found it.
