The apartment was great! A good size in a peaceful neighbourhood. Really easy to get into Montpellier, and beautiful park spaces nearby, too. Remi was a really accommodating host, too. Thank you for a great stay.

Maryse is a pleasant and very welcoming person. Her apartment is impeccable, comfortable, and has a top-floor terrace with a breathtaking view of the Port. Enjoying a drink there while watching the sun set over the bay is a real pleasure at the end of the day. Great location, very central.

The apartment is ideally located, almost with its feet in the water, with a breathtaking view. Every evening, the sunset is invited to the balcony as a private show. The bohemian decor brings a real sweetness of life - you feel good from the first minute. Marie is a great host: discreet, available, and full of good vibes. In short, a gem by the sea... book it without a second thought!

Apartment matches the listing and the description. Very nice bedding. Rather quiet neighborhood, a little out of the way. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Parking is secure. Check-in instructions are clear and accurate. Pierre Marie is welcoming, available and responsive. Accommodation to recommend!

Ideal location, private parking to leave the car safely. Shops and seafront almost at the foot of the building. Simplified arrival and departure independently in the accommodation, at all points identical to the description and indications given by Frédéric, extremely responsive and friendly. Probably the best Airbnb we've booked, very faithful to the photos, I recommend this accommodation without hesitation. Very close to the sea, the air conditioning is a real plus, which feels good after a day at the beach. We will come again!!!

Very good location because the beach is 5 minutes' walk and the center of Sète is accessible on foot in 25 minutes. Very nice view of the sea from the small terrace. Very appreciable air-conditioned apartment for the afternoons of these last days @

I booked this apartment for my 80-year-old parents. Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away. Very pleasant stay. Séverine welcomed us very well and advised us to discover Sète and its surroundings. The place is perfect. Everything is there to have a good vacation. The functionality of the accommodation, the amenities, the proximity to the beach and shops. Travel either by bus or on foot to get to downtown Sète. And a great sea view.....while relaxing on the terrace.

We had a very good weekend. Apartment very well located close to the city center and FISE with underground parking, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.

A good place to get away, even for an evening! I was working in Montpellier and I felt like I was on vacation. The beach 2 steps away with good swimming allowed me to disconnect and enjoy an evening with my partner. The center of the village is a 10-minute walk, we didn't even use the car. Bliss!
